“Finally... an automotive shop that I trust. As a female, who knows minimal about cars, I fully trust these guys and Kevin who manages the front desk, is an absolute delight! The work theyve done on both mine and my boyfriends cars has been perfect and they've never recommended more than what's needed. Also.. They just moved into their new space (pics attached) and it's set up if you need to hang out for awhile. Fancy keurig, workspace with outlets, cozy chairs, and remodeled bathroom.All in all - go to this place!”

“Excellent location I came in after another location told us they couldn't do the tire rotation due to their lift been able to handle so much vehicle weight. I called this location and they let you know that is first come first serve and a bit of a wait. Well it was well worth it and yes a small wait but they do offer more services than some of the Jiffy Lube a in the area so from now on I'll be coming to this one as it is a one stop shop. Customer service outstanding and friendly. They explain everything the car is going through and they do take the advertising coupons online. Overall I highly recommend this location.”

“I brought my 2020 Silverado diesel In for an oil change... First time diesel owner so this was kind of new to me. Jon and Kyle went out of their way to explain everything to me, but at no point did I feel any pressure or that they were trying to upsell me. They pointed out my damaged and leaking drain plug and told me to drop by in a week so they could do a complimentary check of the undercarriage of my truck to make sure that no more oil was leaking out. Great experience, I highly recommend these guys and I will be back.”

“This shop is nothing if not thorough. I came to them with a problem child and they were able to test everything and trace the problem other shops couldn't for my Audi.Beau was such a pleasure to work with and kept me updated along the way. Their cost is pretty reasonable and the testing is top notch.They don't do anything to risk their reputation and make sure that the solution is the actual fix for the problem before releasing it so that it won't break down on you again.Very appreciative of them for being able to take care of it locally. Towing the car to Fife to get it to the nearest Audi dealership would have been a nightmare.Thank you Olympia Autohaus!!”

“These Folks are incredible at what they do. Sarah at the front desk negotiated on my behalf with my service warranty company to get them to over the amount I was owed on my vehicle. When they pushed back Sarah kept them accountable and worked hard to ensure that I was taken care of. Sarah explained everything about my car to as simply as possible, and was patient as she answered all of my questions. She truly is a professional. She even gave me all the paperwork needed to take my car directly to Audi for a recall.Don took me into the shop to show me exactly what was wrong and where the leak was coming from. He explained that the problems with my car are very common and how they develop. He knew that my car had a common issue with the timing chain, and inspected t to find that indeed, my tensioner was all the way out. I was weeks or months from catastrophic engine failure before he took a look at my timing chain. He also was able to save me even more money on the valve body by getting rid of fluid build up in the wires. Don truly knew my engine and transmission inside out, and educated me on common issues with these engines. If you have a Volkswagen or Audi, and it has an FSI, TFSI OR TSI engine you gotta come here. They will take care of you and can save you tons of money. I'll be bringing all of my vehicles here from now on. They are voted #1 in the south sound for two years in a row now. That has to count for something!Again. Than you thank you thank you to Don, Sarah, and the rest of the team here. Such wonderful professional human beings.”
“Last week Friday (2Feb24) was my day off of work. I've decided to take both of the cars from my household for an oil change. In order to make the timeline which allowed me to pick up my son from school in between oil changes and get back home to accommodated my wife's schedule seemed impossible. “I took my Santa Fe to Titus Will on December 12, 2023 for a scheduled Service Campaign. Taylor Olmedo Service Advisor #4909 checked me in and was Very Helpful. She was able to get me a Service Vehicle to drive home as my vehicle was looking at a 3 to 4 day turn around. Taylor called me on December 13, 2023 to let me know my vehicle was all done and ready to be picked up. Under Warranty all of my campaign was completed and I am so happy with the care and attention that was given to me.I Highly recommend Titus Will for all your car purchases and excellent customer service.”
