They did really well. They were pretty busy, but got us our food in time and even figured out we weren't parked in the correct stall (someone else beat us to it). Not a single mistake in our order, and we were pretty picky. Thanks, y'all!

This McDonald's typically does a great job. Fries are fresh 90% of the time, the line moves quick, and they hardly ever mess up the order. Definitely my favorite McDonald's.

Went in one day with a mobile order and waited at the counter for about 10 minutes before anyone even acknowledged me. Mind you, there was literally no one else even standing around. Oh, except for the employee that walked up and cut in front of me to order her food. After the kid at the register was done, helping her, he went to leave, and I got his attention to let him know that I needed help also and that I had been waiting there, and this female employee that had gotten her food gave me a dirty glance. At that point, I was so over getting my food from them that I canceled my order and contacted Corporate to share my experience. Their manager reached out to me with a phone call and promised me a free meal. I just went in to get it, Buried in the drive-through and she had the nerve to tell me that I needed to go inside because she “needed time to look up my name in the book”. Granted, it is a Friday afternoon, but it’s not 12 o’clock, it’s 2:20 PM. And, this was literally two weeks or less ago. If they have that many names to look up in their book , they are not just having issues with me. They could definitely use some lessons in customer service. The McDonald’s on 93rd Ave. in Tumwater is stellar and they get my complicated orders right every time! so that’s where I am taking any of my McDonald’s business and I suggest you avoid this location on Cap Boulevard. I don’t want to forget the one Kind employee at the front counter, who tried to assist me after it was already too far gone. She was a young, white gal with curly blondish hair. She was so helpful, the only person there keeping this place from being a waste of space. Just keep it simple and go to a different location (If heading, south, 93rd Ave., McDonald’s is the best I have found!)

This store consistently gets orders wrong. Even though my receipt says sausage mcmuffin without cheese I get to work and it has cheese on it. So, not only did their mismanagement allow them to run out of large drink cups so I paid the same price for much less soda I now find out I was given food I can't eat. This store sucks!

30 minutes for 2 sausage mcmuffins and a hash brown is a bit ridiculous. Don't think I'll be giving any business here anymore.

Not the first time! Ordering online for delivery or drive-through and when I get home, I find a missing item and it has already been charged to me, this is really bad when you expect something for your kids and you found out it is in the recipt but not in the bag!!

I go here every other Friday with my daughter after school. I swear they never get the order 100% correct. No, I'm not exaggerating. There's ALWAYS something off. Like last time, I ordered a happy meal for the kiddo, and they only put the cheeseburger out of the entire meal in, and charged me for a happy meal. Which is now like $7-8 after tax and outrageous enough. They have forgotten to give sauce for nuggets at least 25 times. Their ice cream machine is in a constant state of disrepair. I'm not talking normal McDonald's, the machine is down, stuff. I'm talking, they almost NEVER have it. Same with apple pies. I ordered 3, one for wife, daughter, and me. Lady says, let me check, OK that's fine. Get to window, so... We don't have any apple pies, it's a 13 minute wait. Would you like strawberry ones? Not really.Overall, it's one of the worst and the ONLY reason I use this location is because it's close enough to my house to get home with hot food. Although, getting anything fresh and hot from here is already a big enough challenge. You guys need to do better.

The playplace was clean and bathrooms were very well kept. The dining areas are fairly clean for it being almost closing time. Although we noticed a sign saying not to stay longer than 30 minutes to avoid loitering, they didn't mind us staying over an hour visiting family so that's five stars on its own. Great place to let your kids take their energy out!Kid-friendliness: Includes a playplace with touch screen game on tables. Ages 4-12 but my 2 year old enjoyed it.
