It's a great store but the employee didn't really seem too interested in helping, I was very curious about what they had to sell and how it all worked but I just sorta got a cold shoulder the whole time. I'm not saying there is an expectation for them to be 100% happy and chippy, just me glares when I ask for something.

this place clearly cares about supporting local artists, both in purchasing their pieces from them and in allowing other artists to sell their pieces there (not sure on the full arrangement of this - to be transparent)they have a wide variety of pieces, many specialized to different types of consumption - and somehow, also have things that other shops seem to believe are illegal here (?) - including hemp cigarettes, and some sort of (i think) psilocybin edibles???the focus of this place is definitely the glassware; they are not a cannabis seller

We had a lovely experience! Friendly, informative service, and a great variety of products. The person who helped us (Lindsay, I want to say?) was sooo good at her job! She let us wander and browse to our heart's content, and let us see all the random things we were interested in. She plugged their social media AND a plug for a review, all without feeling pushy! Answered all our many questions, and was just someone you instantly feel comfortable with. We'll be back next time we need some new pipes!

Staff was pleasant the only three times I have ever been. Staff takes there time to ask you questions and make recommendations. I appreciate that...because so often it feels like this is overlooked when I purchase things anymore.The last employee was a lady, and she was hilarious. She listened to me and my issue, then hooked me up with this stuff called Kryptonite. It looks like green slime. It was magical. It helped me clean out my bong I have had for 20 years. I admit it has been filthy for the last 12 years and the years before that it would be cleaned only occassionally while veing used constantly. It then sat in a box for a very long time. There was this nasty sludge that was like cement all inside the base that would not come out.I had been to two other glass stores and had purchased their best products to get it clean, and also tried rubbing alcohol so many times. Nothing would work until I tried this stuff. I wasn't supposed to have to scrape it out, it was just supposed to need rinsing with hot water...but like I said, this stuff was like cement. I did use a craft pick and scrape or chisel the black crust out. Like a dentist cleaning tartar off some teeth. So even though it still required some manual labor, I can honestly say...this stuff was AMAZING. I owe that employee a huge thank you. I will be using this cleaner on all my pipes next. I plan to regularly to clean my bong with it now. Thank you MJHG for helping me keep it clean! This piece of glass has many memories and it deserved to be clean. I couldn't stop smiling for a whole day when it worked! ???

I came into check out this place, was very interested in their products, I was used to the place in Longview, Wa! The lady was very rude to me! I didn't know that there were a lot of stores, she was very rude to me about it, I left without buying a thing, I will never come back.
