I was able to get an appointment within a week for Kelly to come to our house. We have to older cats, who can't groom themselves anymore and needed shaved. They sat in her lap while she shaved them. She did an amazing job! Our cats can't handle stressful situations due to health conditions. Kelly spent the time and made the shaving process very comfortable for both cats. We will be calling her when our cats need shaved again. We highly recommend Fluff On The Fly!

I am a returning customer. As a gift I had my car detailed, after paying for interior and exterior detail I got into my car to leave and the windshield wipers will NOT turn OFF! The Tech/Manager refused to acknowledge the damage, that was not a problem when I dropped it off.

Excellent customer service, willing to answer all my questions and accommodate my timeline. My car looks like new again and all the hard water spots are gone! Definitely recommend them and will be using them for our other vehicles.

Paid $250 for a full detail. They were supposed to call me when they were done. Two hours after the promised time I had to call them to find out my car had been done for a while. They did a horrible job...streaks on the outside. Streaks and missed spots that obviously needed to be cleaned on the interior...details that shouldn't have been missed (that's the point of detailing I thought)! Was planning to take my truck there but I won't ever go back, and wouldn't recommend them to anyone!

My daughter and I pulled in when my Subaru over heated Saturday on the way to meet family for a Mothers Day lunch. They went above and beyond to help and find out what was causing it. I was really feeling stressed, wondering what I was going to do being a couple hours from home. The wonderful mechanics found my fans were not clipped on!!! so thankful my engine didnt blow and that they were able to do the fix and get us back on the road!!!!!They saved Mothers Day Lunch and my sanity!!!!! THANK YOU

Quality service provided at a reasonable price with friendly staff! I purchased a gift certificate for my boyfriend as a holiday gift and had called around for several quotes before deciding on this place. He has a full size SUV and their price for a full detail (both interior and exterior) was better than comparable establishments nearby. Months later he wanted to use the certificate and we had unfortunately misplaced it. Thankfully they had a receipt filed away and went ahead and gladly honored our misplaced certificate. He took his vehicle in yesterday and was thoroughly impressed with the meticulous work they did! Not a single crevice was overlooked, we will definitely be back!

I received a gift certificate for a full detail. I was embarrassed dropping my 4 runner off, Ive had it for 10 yrs and have raised two sports going boys in it. Lots of road trips and many meals in it. It was super nasty, they did a great job making it fresh and clean. I love my vehicle again and I'll be taking it back there in the future!!
