It's as if they're choosing to not go with the quality stuff or the highest selling in the marketplace, weird. In short, I'd go here more frequently if they had a good cider selection and the unpopular idea of a roundabout was in front of the store. (Feel free to comment about the roundabout idea)”

“In the three years I've lived in the area, I have never had a negative experience. The owners are very pleasant, helpful, and kind. I really like the recent updates they've made. A bit pricey on some items (OTC meds) but other than that, this is my go-to convenience shop for a quick snack trip.”

“5 Stars all to Jose, the tall, handsome Gentleman (goatee and a hat) not only saved my night but secured my Day! My fiancé needs strawberries for her lunch and because of Valentine's Day tomorrow the only strawberries there were chocolate covered, i couldn't use those but thanks to his can do attitude he said sit tight I'll see what i can do and badabing badaboom! Mr. Worldwide himself said Dalé and jose came in with a plethora of strawberries that had yet to be put out and he is the Epitome of a bro who's got your back!”

“Always friendly with quality products at affordable prices. I had to order some chicken and the deli service staff didn't even cringe when I said I needed 50 pieces and said they would have it ready in 15 minutes.They have updated the looks inside the store. It is bright and fresh looking. The produce was on point. I was able to find golden beets and and several colors of cauliflower. They also had some great selections for quick meals in the butcher section.1/2/24 went in tonight. They still had a great selection of golden beets. :) one of their sales price didn't adjust when I was checking out. The person who helped me was kind gave me a price adjustment to the advertised price and had to pull the product out of the bottom of the packed bag :) and when they were done, repacked my bag of groceries! To describe this experience in 3 words would be ABOVE AND BEYOND!”

“Had an incident at the Tumwater store where the police were involved due to a possible hate crime situation involving my kids. The staff were kind, compassionate, and supportive beyond any expatiation I had. They checked on my kids thru the process. This store rocks. The staff are worth their weight in gold. Kudos to Safeway for being a model store other businesses can follow.”

“I know! It's Walmart but I gotta say, here in this area, they have wonderful Bavarian cream Bismarck's! The staff in tge bakery dept are super friendly and helpful! The Bismarck's melt in my mouth while the Bavarian cream is so tasty! The price is great! I'm impressed!”

“This is the nicest supermarket in the Tumwater area. They sometimes have off season fruit like raspberries and strawberries in the winter and they had fresh ginger, items I couldn't find at Safeway and Walmart. They have a nice cheese department, too. In fact they have everything, which also would explain why their prices are slightly higher, but you pay for the convenience.”

The taco truck is really good, and so is the Greek place, haven't tried the Asian restaurant yet, but have always found most of what I was looking for at the grocery next door. ?”
