They don’t take appointments, which is the biggest issue. You have to check in online, which is very inconvenient for busy people who are on the road all the time for work.

Want to kindly say Paul need some work on long layers. My hair is going to hair to grow out in spots. He was kind person and sincerely tired his best but wasn't cut correctly in layers.

Paul cut my hair at Great Clips on 3/22, Friday afternoon. The place was full, the music was perfect. So were the very professional, fast stylists. This old man was treated respectfully, gently and quickly cut and out the door. I'm looking forward to my next cut there.

Had a bad experience at another location so I was nervous.
The stylist and I had a frank discussion before she began and I felt like she had the skills to cut my hair my way. Her skill level was excellent and I left very Happy. Thank you Monica. See you in about 6 weeks.
