Can we go back to 9:00 p.m. being the close time and not 8:00 that doesn't seem like it works for everyone especially since there's three of us that show up at 8:00 and you guys are already closed. Look I want to get off an hour early too but I don't get to be lazy at my job. It would be nice if other professions... would also honor working long and hard hours. I think Fred Meyers can do better not only for themselves to have some standards but also for their patients. I just would also like to remind you without patients you guys wouldn't even have a pharmacy so if the majority of people wanted to be open till 9:00 I think that you should accommodate that and if nobody likes those hours feel free to hire new people .

This pharmacy needs to just be shut down. I pick up my prescriptions today and then I go to take my medication this evening and I notice there are not as many pills as I usually get. I look on the bottle and the paperwork with it and they had only given me 10 of the 30 pill quantity. I go to my next prescription and out of curiosity I count the pills I have which is also a 30 dose quantity and I have 29. I have recounted 3 times and I find it ridiculous that someone could mess up like this at a job where there is absolutely no room for careless mistakes. Not only am I not getting what I payed for but this could seriously put someone at risk if their lives depended on that prescription. I am just so astounded that some waste of life would make a mistake like this and I seriously wonder how long it will take before this person causes someone their life. How do I even know if its the right prescription if you cant even count right? How do I know something nefarious isnt going on and someone is ripping off my prescription? I am switching pharmacies asap and anyone who goes here should seriously reconsider. Aside from this issue I have had an instance where a white woman pharmacy tech working here just absolutely lost her mind over me bringing up the fact that I am receiving horrible care at this pharmacy. Like it was seriously scary how this woman reacted and lucky for her I forgot her name. I also tried to get an ointment filled here and it was a compound and they called me and said that they "cant mix it at this pharmacy we dont do that here" so it just shows how incompetent and stupid the people are who work here.

Christy an employee helped me save 45 dollars by telling me about a manufacturer coupon for a medication that I get. She went above and beyond and deserves recognition for her humanity.

I have been placing my pickup order for years now and have rarely had an issue until the big one today. Placed my order yesterday for pickup at 2-3 today. I got the text they were busy and it would be ready 3-4. No big deal. I hear nothing else so my son heads to the store to do our pickup only to get there and be told they can't do our order and they are canceling it. I called the store and they said they are having a system issue. I let them know a little notification would have been nice so people don't waste their gas driving all the way to the store. My son was not helpful with information so I don't know if it was just our order or all orders after a certain time but either way, I am done with Fred Meyer. Too many other stores in this town that I can give my business.

Worst experience. Terrible customer service. I was suppose to be getting 90 day rx and they were giving me 30.Refused to give me my medication unless I pay fully out of pocket for it. (I have primary and secondary insurance) the women told me to use just the one on file because it would 'make things easier' aka insurance fraud.Then she and the women pharmacist were extremely rude, unprofessional, rolled their eyes at me. I told them I'm going to a different pharmacy and they said 'okay, bye' and walked away.Now, while trying to transfer to my new pharmacy, fred meyer Refused to release my medication to them, while I only have two pills left.I would never recommend anyone to go here.

Customer service is no more. Just spent an hour on line and talking to customer service. What was my request??? Change my expiration date on my credit card. Couldn't do it on line or on the phone. That is an hour and a half of my life I won't get back! Other customer service complaints?1. They charge you for cash back. Only grocery store I know of that does that. So I no longer get cash back.2. Regardless of how old you are (I'm 68), they rrquire ID to buy alcohol. This is because Fred Meyer/Kroger don't train their staff. It's easy...if they sell alcohol to someone who is under age, give them a warning. If they are caught doing it again. Fire them. If an employee has any doubt that someone is underage, by alk means ask for ID. I can assure you at age 68, there is no doubt I am over 21.I find myself shopping less and less at Fred Meyer.

I've had a pleasant experience with each visit so far. There's hardly ever a line and even when there is the wait time is very minimal. The staff have all been professional and polite.

They have rude pushy sales people at the front entrance now. It its worse than a mall. Ruined my entire day. I wont be going here anymore. Im a human. Not a wallet. Do better, fred meyers.

If you call and get Theresa ? Just hang up, she has made me feel like I'm doing something wrong every single time I call , absolutely horrible. Had no choice but to use this place again for a prescription, boom same mean lady and same rude attitude and look , yikes ? hope she doesn't have kids or a husband,
