Nice people to work with, kitchen cabinets look great, the hardware that comes with the cabinets is not good, the worst hardware I had for a kitchen.

I had kitchen cabinets and Cambria counter tops installed by the Founder's Choice team in October 2020. My new kitchen is gorgeous! Theresa took all my ideas and created a stunning design. Her knowledge of her job, including how to design a kitchen along with her customer service skills are exceptional. I love the quality of the wood, the soft close drawers, and the beauty of the product. My friends and family also found the work stunning. I have one friend who is incredibly skeptical and picky and even she couldn't help running her hands along the doors and commenting on how amazing everything looked and felt.I ended up running into several challenges with other contractors while I was having my kitchen installed who caused damage to the cabinets. Even though the damage wasn't caused by Founder's Choice, both Theresa and the installation team were able to quickly repair all the damages so it didn't cause a further delay in installing the counter tops. I found the installation team to be extremely knowledgeable and to have excellent customer service also! Thank you Founder's Choice for giving me a beautiful kitchen!

We had a great experience from sales with Billy to the installation crew! Dates were as scheduled and the cabinets are beautiful! Very pleased! Highly recommend if you are considering replacing your cabinets or new construction. The cabinets are high quality. A huge upgrade for our 70s home. Nice update!

As my wife and I narrowed down our choices as to who to select for our kitchen model, Billy sold us on outstanding customer service. He understood our vision and offered great advice on additions we never thought of. Now, we couldn't imagine our dream kitchen without them. Prior to our upgrade, we had all brown cabinets with tile countertops. Now we have white shaker cabinets with the stunning Babylon grey quartz. The installers were incredible and moved quickly. They came in and did the job with such care to our home. They worked around our busy schedules to make this make this project happen in a timely manner. To add to the overall experience, we received a mystery package from Founders Choice today. We opened it only to find a beautiful cutting board with a personalized note. Fantastic! Billy was great from the moment we walked into the showroom. We reworked the design and reworked the design and Billy never seemed shook up. We felt that he was completely interested in getting us what we wanted for our kitchen. The big thing for us was communication and if he said he was going to call on Monday; he did. Sounds like a small thing but in dealing with other cabinet places in the area, that was not done by others.

The sales experience with Founder's Choice was very personable and David made sure to do everything he could to help me stay within my budget and on track working with my kitchen contractor. Service fell flat, however, in the details of installation. Communication between the sales team and warehouse/installers was not smooth - I had to call to figure out timing and details for planned work. Trim materials on top cabinets were missed and the configuration how my dishwasher would be installed was also missed. This caused rework and incurred me extra cost for plumbing and installation. If I were working with multiple contractors again, I'd make sure to really iron out either side's plans and triple check before putting in an order.
