The staff are always friendly when I drop off or pick up my dog and they take great care of her while she is there, definitely a happy dog place!

DEPLORABLE AT BEST!The things I saw done, and things people paid for that were not done per instruction of owner to save time were deplorable at best. If dogs go potty in their small indoor kennel/run and it gets on the dogs or bedding areas, they told us we weren't allowed to clean it until next day! Play time people paid for their dog to get played with by someone working there rarely happened though customers were charged. So many corners cut, money stolen from customers, extras charged when possible, and even dogs being verbally or physically abused when I worked there... it made me physically sick seeing and they need shut down.... sad what's don't to customers dogs when they can't see or hear it... I went into the training profession on my own because of this place! I think about this place and the things I saw here and was told to do or not to do every day still.. I still have bad dreams too.. please, if you love your dog, run as far from this place as you can! I rarely write negative reviews. Was doing a resume and felt I should now I'm not scared of retaliation stopping me from gaining employment to survive until i got my certification as a trainer and started my own business, knowing the owner did wrong, not me and she KNOWS it and the fact i'd do anything so people knew and could protect their dogs...

I got my GSD back after 10 days while I was gone for a wedding and he was very dirty, very stinky, and had flees. Not very impressed!

Amazing super friendly staff I just love Connie and Amber they really do care about your dogs. My Charlee Girl has been going there for 4 1/2 years and absolutely loves it. She gets to run fast and play hard. She is absolutely exhausted after a fun day playing with all of her friends.

My dad became sick and died. I respectfully asked for a partial refund. I was told that I should have communicated with the owner about it when doggie daycare was the last thing on my mind. I was denied a refund. In addition, my dog hated going there. She would know where we were and run around the car trying to get away from me. I had to carry her to the entrance and she would shake - so scared and nervous. We have gone to other daycares without this problem. She was overwhelmed and with it all being outdoors there really wasn’t anywhere she could go to be away from the bigger dogs. I would not recommend.

Great customer service; location and attitude. It was very cool that they offer both boarding services but also Doggy day care for when your pup wants a play date. Kind & attentive staff was happy to answer all my questions. I did find out that they are not set up for the really big breeds of dog, like mine unfortunately both are well over 90 lbs each and dogs of that size just wouldn't be comfortable & obviously we wouldn't want them to be uncomfortable. However most dogs fit their size criteria & I was recommended to them by a good friend/neighbor who has a pampered pooch & her girl loves to go play with fur friends there. Their prices seem fair & reasonable too so you love to see that too. ????????

I’ve been bringing my dog here for a year and a half. He is high energy and absolutely loves playing with the other dogs as well as seeing Connie and her staff! Everyone here, especially Connie, is wonderful and very knowledgeable. The dogs are closely monitored all day and any issues promptly addressed. They really love all the dogs. My pup is super tired and happy at the end of the day! Now that we have a second pup, she’ll be going there too. From my experience with Classy Canine, I have confidence that she’ll benefit greatly from some time here and increase her confidence in a safe and loving environment.

Due to our dog’s exceptionally large size, their facility wouldn’t be able to comfortably accommodate him for overnight boarding. But despite it not being the right fit for our giant, I appreciated the owner’s honesty and choice to prioritize our dog’s health and happiness over booking another slot. They were able to connect us with a great facility that could accommodate 100+ lb dogs and it saved our weekend. Kind, straightforward and helpful people!

This is a really down to earth dog facility, no fuss. I really appreciate that when I ask about how my dog did for the day, they can actually tell me how it went! They're dog people through and through who really love animals.

I dont often leave negative reviews. However, difficult to communicate with about our reservation. Our reservation was canceled without notice and our spot given away. Poor customer service.
