I can always count on them having what I need for my job. Recently had stopped at three other places that were closer to where I was to find a stop sign for flagging traffic needless to say none of them had anything. Drove over here and they had them! Always friendly staff.

Everyone here rocks. Great customer service, always friendly staff. Super quick to correct wrong orders. Plus they've got a pretty comprehensive steel remnant pile, never left without what I came for and at a pretty good price as well. Always look forward to doing business with them!

Worked as a welder here for a couple years. mostly good people, Rudy was an exellent supervisor and cool person. the store has alot of heavy duty equipent parts ive never seen anywhere else stocked. Weld shop side is a down and dirty get er done shop where you will earn your pay and then some because it was entry level pay for me. Its an entry level weld shop and an avanced level fab shop. I came in fresh from weld school, got alot of experiance and moved on to aerospace work.

They continue to have old school customer service. It doesn't matter if know what you're talking about or not, they work with you to figure out where you're at on a project and help you find a solution. Good prices, great customer service is why I continue to do business with them.

Stood at the counter waiting patiently for help, only to be ignored so the employee could answer the phone that rang as he walked up to help me and, help them before me. Terrible customer service.
