BrightStar care has highly trained nurses, a great management team and a wonderful selection of services to choose from. I’ve enjoyed the time I’ve spent with this company and would recommend to anyone in need of skilled home care services!

We had never done in home care before so we didn't know anything about hiring this type of help. Luckily we called Brightstar and they walked us thru the process. We ended up with a truly caring caregiver for our mom. She kept our mom safe and happy. The two things we wanted most for her.

Bright Star Care of South Puget Sound has caring caregivers. The level of care is good, but the level of communication between clients, caregivers, and the scheduling office could stand some improvement.

Owner is off her rockers thinks she can do what she wants with no concern of who it affects and then just lies to deny that she did anything in the first place but that's only if shes reachable. When theres something she needs to look at shes no where to be found and leave you to hang for it I wont suggest this company to anyone for care service or employment
