“Horrible customer service. Told it would take a couple of weeks really took a couple of months. Paint is now falling apart after about 5 months. Update they're definitely operating differently now. They have gone above and beyond to ensure that im satisfied”
“I can’t say enough good things about this small business and the staff. Heather answers the phone quick and is so helpful. I had body damage that needed repaired from someone hitting me. Their insurance was State Farm and TACC is one of their preferred choices. I heard a few good things already and I’m so glad I chose them for getting this done. The same day I called (only to inquire) they had availability to do the estimate but they weren’t pushy at all. Heather worked directly with State Farm and set up my rental car so I didn’t have to do a thing. They were flexible, accommodating, accurate with their estimate, knowledgeable, generous, and kept me updated. The whole process was a breeze and done in like 2-3 weeks!
