They were friendly and efficient BUT I used their website to decide what rock we wanted to achieve a desired look. You can see the difference between the photo in which I used from their website to select rock and what was delivered. We can’t begin to manage the size of rock delivered and when I asked about the size since I ordered 15” max they said it often is much larger. I didn’t read this in the fine print, don’t have experience and/or no one mentioned it when order was placed so lesson learned 1) don’t trust pictures and 2) don’t have delivery done when you are at work because they said once delivered they cannot come back up and pick up the boulders.

Donovan, Zach, and the rest of the team were fantastic. Clear, friendly communication over the phone, updates on delivery delays outside of their control, and went the extra mile to ensure the delivery happened the next day.Product as described and communication with the delivery guy was great - put the gravel right where it needed to go and did so with a smile!Wonderful to have a reliable, customer service-focused company in the area. 10/10 would recommend.

From 4 stars to 5. What changed. Trevor and the office staff changed. Haven't been in, in awhile so it was nice to be greeted by name which was awesome. You guys do a fantastic job. And don't worry about the renovations they will work themselves out. It will be a good change :)

Holy cow! Never knew there was a place so close to home that had so many landscaping materials. Super nice gentlemen working there. We haven't bought anything yet, but we sure will be! Have our eyes on a bubbler, some flagstone pieces, and river rocks to fill our gabion flower bed edging.

Black Lake Landscape Supplies (BLLS) is the best! I'm not a contractor but you wouldn't have known it by the amount of attention BLLS staff gave me! I can't say enough great things about Joe and Zack and the rest of the BLLS crew. Everyone is helpful and professional. I highly recommend BLLS for your landscape supplies.

I wish I could give them more than 5 stars. I’ve had gravel delivered and I’ve bought flagstone I hauled myself. They had a great selection. What really stands out are the employees. All seemed genuinely happy to be there and ready to work hard. Everyone I contacted was knowledgeable, efficient and friendly. I won’t go anywhere else for hardscape materials.
