“Lived here for a year. Management was extremely responsive and professional. The apartments are clean, bright and well built and maintained by a friendly, fast working maintenance staff. Very reasonable terms and rent rate. Friends of mine living in new construction apartments pay the same rate or more for less space and terrible management. Great location with beautiful views from the top of Tumwater Hill. My only complaint is that the hot tub was often down for maintenance without notice or explanation so we didn't get to use it as often as we would have liked.”

“I sold my house in October 2023. I looked at many facilities and most had the third floor apartments with no elevator. I found Olympic Heights and was able to have a tour and I moved in to a 2nd floor apartment. I’m now in the fourth month - it has been a good experience, maintenance has been very helpful in fixing several small isssues, the management has also provided information essential to the complex. Residents appear to be content with their surroundings and are friendly. I would recommend this apartment complex as it has many amenities to include swimming, exercise area and a jacuzzi ?”

Very convenient location to a lot of stores and my place of employment will highly recommend the apartments to anyone.”
“I lived at Little Tuscany Apartments for about a year and LOVED every minute! I was hoping for a 1BR, however at the time, they only had a studio apartment available. I loved the property so much that I couldn't pass it up! One of the things I love most about Little Tuscany is how dog oriented it is. All the team members knew my dog, Moose, by name, and never failed to say hello to us both when we passed by. There is a small dog park on site which was super convenient, along with a gate at the back of the property which leads to the park.The staff members were always so kind and helpful throughout my time at Little Tuscany. Whenever I had a maintenance issue, the problem was fixed by the next day. Nadia, the current manager, was always very warm and friendly while remaining professional. If I weren't moving out of the area, I would still be living at Little Tuscany. It's a wonderful place to live!”
