“Lived here for a year. Management was extremely responsive and professional. The apartments are clean, bright and well built and maintained by a friendly, fast working maintenance staff. Very reasonable terms and rent rate. Friends of mine living in new construction apartments pay the same rate or more for less space and terrible management. Great location with beautiful views from the top of Tumwater Hill. My only complaint is that the hot tub was often down for maintenance without notice or explanation so we didn't get to use it as often as we would have liked.”

“Crappy apts my ex has ◀️ ved there little over a yr in apt 64 he has had mold everywhere since he moved in . They are lg apts management cares less about how bad urc apt stinks my ex doesn't take his dogs outside and she's a lg pitty his place stinks bad he doesn't clean itu dishwasher and refrigerator leak they know and don't care. They stove and oven have never wori àworked”

It’s so much better than before , this place is truly like a little community, it’s well maintained the maintenance is near instant and all of the office people and workers are so kind and just happy all the time it’s contagious! They do cute little days like pizza day or resident appreciation day, this place is very welcoming and it does feel like home. We have only been here a month and it feels like home! ♥️
Just moved in 3 days ago, very clean well maintained complex, it’s also pretty quiet. Haven’t had a chance to visit the gym or pool yet, the office is very quick to handle situations and responds within minutes. So far this is the best apartment complex we have rented from, very happy and very pleased!”

From the first time we reached out about an issue with our kitchen appliances, they were quick to respond and did a great job clearing debris from our chimney outlet. Their attention to detail and teamwork stood out. When we needed help again to fix our kitchen vent, they came through once more, working efficiently and effectively to get the job done. It’s clear they take pride in their work and genuinely care about the residents’ comfort.

“These apartments are extremely cute. I love the layout & how each bedroom has their own bathroom with a huge bathtub. Washer/dryer & dishwasher in unit, bay windows in bedroom, & kitchen is the perfect sizs! I personally have never lived here (some friends of mine do), but if I was looking for an apartment to rent I would definitely consider these apartments.”
