Best price for propane, and also super nice, letting me come at the very end of their day, and even letting me through the gate after I got lost and was there right at closing time :-) filled up three tanks for me, and very friendly and kind!

All American is the best. They have fantastic customer service and friendly drivers. Scott is the best!! He always leaves two envelopes so my kids don’t have to fight over one ?. Keep up the great work!!

This company has horrible customer service. The woman that runs the front desk should never be working this job. We have been left without propane several times because it's a weekend even though our bill is paid in full and prepaid. She will trick you into paying and leave you hanging. Go somewhere else because this company isn't the one to go to! I wouldn't even give them one star but I have to if I want to post this review to warn everyone out there NOT to go with this company.

Update- I will still stand by my review that the front desk receptionist could use better customer service skillls, but overall All American Propane is a great company in my book.

My mother is in her 80's called them and told them she is out of propane. They told her they will be out within 24 hr. THAT WAS 3 DAYS AGO.... and they never send her a bill until 2 to 3 months after it's been delivered... and the bill always past due....

I had an excellent experience with All American Propane today. It was really easy to have my grill propane tank filled up. I pulled up near the filling location right in front of their building, a gentleman saw me and came out, filled my tank quickly and it was easy to pay. The price today was $2.45/gallon, one of the lowest prices in the area. I highly recommend them.

These guys helped us out huge. We had no heat or hot water for a few days because we had just purchased the home and previous owner didn’t fill the propane tank and we ran out. Tried a couple of places with no return call and at one place a very rude person on the other end. American propane was kind and responsive immediately. They tried to get out the next day after we called, roads didn’t cooperate. Came back next day and got us going again. Very nice people, and they have more doggies than we do! Thank you guys for wonderful help and kindness.
