Wow, I don't think I've ever been to a 7-11 that is so terrible. It took us pulling up to four different pumps to finally find one that would work.

it is amazing they have yummy food there and Very good gas i was able to go three states away and back without getting gas intell we got back home

Rude, sexist and slow service. Barely speak English. They leave the hot food in the display case for well over 12 hours without changing it out.

Food is almost always burnt or overcooked, most of the people working there are rude and rush even when there is no line causing mix ups, and they will push the purchase through as fast as they can without letting you put in your rewards number or accept any discount deals on your account that pop up if you can get your number in fast enough.

This is the worst 7-11 in the Olympia, Lacey, Tumwater area. The prices are extremely high and inconsistent depending on the day or cashier. $1 for a banana?! $1.79 for a cup of Ice?! When asked why they said they are privately owned and can charge whatever they want.
They do not honor any of the advertising online or even posted on their own window. Do not expect to use the bathroom, it’s always “Out of Order!” The staff is so rude, all except the woman that works there. The rest are all men who barely speak english and glare at you and yell at you. I will drive miles across town to go to any other 7-11 except this one.

As the other reviews have stated, the night cashier is rude, unprofessional, and refuses to honor sale prices advertised in the store, even when directly shown the signage. Don't go here unless you want to be ripped off big time.

He needs to be fired. His name is Ricky kuman. He was saying to a little child “ are you going to cryyy” sarcastically. Then as we leaving we waves both his hands flipping us off while laughing. Extremely unprofessional. The lady working with him was defending the actions. Keep in mind we did absolutely nothing rude nor cussed at him for being rude to our kid. We are not the first to complain about him. And he needs to be fired.

Everytime I have a late night hunger I gotta say, the pizzas that they cook, Hot on the Spot is such a hook up. Its no Papa Murpheys, but they accept EBT and will bake it in minutes. In my opinion, They use to taste like Cardboard, but somewhere somehow they stepped it up! The Late Night staff is Fast, Friendly and Ready. In and out, Fresh Pizza and a case of beer always open for that 10 mins before 2 A.M. alcohol run. And Im still in my house slippers. Thank you Rohit, and the rest of 7-Eleven Staff.

I understand everyone is in a hurry, but the inability of the cashiers (men, not the woman from Chicago, she’s very helpful) to let me have a moment to enter my rewards number is beyond frustrating. Just give me the 30 seconds please, guys.
