Russell Petersen (assistant manager) quickly identified what happened and exchanged the purse for a new one. With a smile on his face! He made the experience painless and pleasant. Cannot recommend this store and the staff more!”

I stopped at a particular watch, then I asked to see it. An associate passed it to me and walked away. I did buy the watch but getting info from the associates was like drawing blood from a rock. Maybe they were tired from a long week ?”
