Lots of selection, no pressure, and helpful staff. I'm a TUMI newbie. I had a ton of questions. They brought bags down, opened them up, showed all the features, asked me about my needs, and across the price ranges, talked about what was different. Went in there for a shoulder bag, but was impressed and got a matching roller bag to go with it. Got a great deal as well! Checked prices online after leaving and found I got these items direct from TUMI (meaning the warranty is intact) for hundreds $$$ less than anyone had online for those models. Worth the trip to a brick and mortar.

After a bad experience at Bellevue Square, we went to the outlet. The person helping us was very helpful. He explained and answered all of our questions. He also offered to engrave our bag and said if we didn't like it, we could bring back the bag and or engrave another name. He wasn't pushy at all. He let us took our time to select and made decision. We haven't had the experience of having to return stuff because our expectations for Tumi would be a product of quality that lasts a long time.

With everything going on with COVID, it has been extremely difficult to feel safe or even joy when running out quickly to pick up some Christmas gifts. Michael, the manager, was the kindest and most helpful person I have seen in the last few months and he made our experience so wonderful. Not only did he help us find exactly what we needed, he was quick to help us box our presents without hesitation. I truly cannot describe how much of an impact his friendliness has had on my spirit and I would gladly return to purchase from him again once it is safer to do so with COVID. Glad to be a loyal Tumi customer with such great service from the best staff!

Walked into this place and was greeted by attentive and friendly staff. Was using my very old Tumi cabin luggage trolley bag and sales manager Michael offered to have a look at the wheels as they were really creaking.. he managed to service them and as good as new! Really made my day and and am glad to have been a loyal Tumi customer for such a long time..

They have the worst return policy ever! Do not pay in cash, they won't refund you instantly- even with your original receipt and unused product.

No customers still both staffers did not even both to greet and try to assist. Definitely not Tumi's customer services that I encountered in other part of the world.
