1. Came in yesterday and it was awesome 2. Fast not too crowded line was fast and only waited for about 5-10 minutes due to folks in front of us which is no big deal 3. The cashier who served us was very nice and the hats are clean 4. Good experience 5. Definitely coming back and checking out rest of store hats are up front which is nice list goes on

I can't really talk up their products, they're cute but we were there to return two tote bags that had lasted 2 weeks apiece before dying. (Broken strap, etc) That said, Kodi and the rest of the staff were awesome: patient, friendly, and professional. They are both the reason I'm typing this up and giving them 4/5.

Shoppers beware of this store, the store owner/manager, Melena, is a very abusing/fake manager. She treats her employees very badly and acts very fake in front of the customers inside the store. Their clothes are extremely outdated and over price. The store usually has an unwelcoming vibe, most of the employees there usually say bad things behind a customer's back, while the store manager, Melena, treats her employees as if they owe her their lives. Furthermore, everything in the store is arrange in a way that is not pretty to look at as well as most of their clothes just look cheap.

Definitely closer to Everett than Seattle, but I suppose Everett Premium Outlets doesn't quite have the same ring. It's probably 45 minutes outside of Seattle, so not terribly far either. It is pretty typical of most Premium Outlets as it includes a large range of stores all of which have their own discounts. Definitely not my favorite premium outlet as I'm not a huge fan of their general lay out. However compared to the Centralia outlets this is certainly the better of the 2. Of note they have a greater selection of food options available on site compared to others. If you plan on going to any of these outlets on a weekend, I highly recommend going early, as parking can be quite the challenge.

Love the Oulet mall so many stores so little time! It is a place where you can actually get more bang for your buck. It has something for everyone in the family too! The food court is even on point.

Lots of stores in this Premium Outlet mall. You will always find something to buy and great deals. Parking on weekends and long weekends can be a pain but they do have a few rows of reserved and paid parking if you are in a rush.. wish they had a bigger better food court to enable folks to shop longer.. the Olive Garden in the next yard is good and you do have a few other options in the vicinity. Like this premium outlet for their options and deals..

I like shopping here. A lot of mean people Who come here. But I haven't ever had a mean employee when helping me in the store. They are so kind and willing to go the extra mile when you ask for something and it's not in the front. I feel for the workers in this mall! They do a great job for such little respect of people coming to this mall.. Mall is good. Needs a Victoria secret and a build a bear so I don't have to drive to Lynwood. Would be the perfect mall after that

I love this place as we can get really good deals on branded items. This place is huge and has almost all the brands that one can think of. I come to this place several times every year and especially during Black Friday and prior to my trip to India. I have bought stuff from North Face, Columbia, MK, Gap, Nike, Sunglass Hut, Disney and many other stores. I just wish that they should have some more restaurants.

Best outlet shopping we've encountered! Everyone found something they liked, young and old(er). There were nice food options, and clean bathrooms. Favorite stores from our crew: Banana Republic, Zumiez, Sunglasses Hut, Adidas Store, La Creuset. Noteworthy for travelers, dogs are welcome in the outdoor mall and inside the stores. There are shady and grassy areas to keep pets (and four-year-olds) happy. Seattle Premium Outlets were awesome!

Aaarrrgghhhhh! This place is so annoying. Hoards of people, inadequate parking. No signs to direct people to stores means long lines at the "interactive" maps. Terrible waits to checkout. Plan an all day to shop and prepare to hurry up and wait!

Great selection of stores and deals. We loved the lululemon outlet and the under Armour and Nike outlets. The Disney outlet is a cant miss for any Disney lover.

I have finally tasted all the food as it took awhile. All good! No complaints, and always will visit the food court before seeking an ice cold tea next- door then explore the outdoor mall that will eventually have an amusement water park close by? Yes- they're serious about it! Future fun! So- be patient and explore the outlets.

Good selection and good prices. Sales were good and got an additional discount book from our hotel concierge to use on top of the sale items.
