Outstanding Service. Called in on two different occasions to purchase an item over the phone. Normally at many retailers you are generally given horrible service because you are a phone customer but in this case I was given 1-1 outstanding service. I then called back to have the clothing item shipped to me and again I was provided above and beyond level of service. Can’t say enough!!!!Thank you

We had such a great visit at the store and picked up a few suits for my sister in law. Kate was super helpful and very patient with all our requests. We really appreciate all the great suggestions from Kate. Would definitely visit again.

I needed a new suit for a funeral so I went in there yesterday. Walked in the door and there is one gal behind the counter a guy halfway down the store hanging stuff on the rack and another gal in the back end of the store. None of them greeted me as I made my way toward the back where I saw men's suits. I looked through some of the suits they had hanging and tried on some of the coats not finding one that would fit me. For about 15 minutes I help myself to looking through the suits without any staff assistance. Not finding what I needed I walked toward the guy in the middle of the store and asked if that was all they had. He said yes and turned around back to what he was doing. Not a single other word as I headed out the door. Went next door to Armani where I was greeted immediately upon walking in the door and was catered to like Julia Roberts in pretty women. (Ok, no champagne and I didn't ask the guy for this his tie). So I went from just getting a suit to happily spending over a grand there for suit shirt belt tie.

The most judgmental sale associate (Long Blonde Hair). Don't waste your time here. She doesn't wanna do her job at all. No care for the customers. She just wanna look good.

Went during memorial day weekend but the store was no so packed. Staffs were all friendly and helpful. I have been to many Theory stores and this location has the friendliest staffs (better than the one in Japan.)

I bought the Sport Cire Bomber Jacket via the Theory Outlet website. The jacket was not what was pictured on the website. I reached out to Customer Servicer who asked to see the pictures from the site. I have reached out several times to follow up and they have not responded. I knew all sales were final but the jacket pictured was not what was delivered. And the fact that I'm not getting a response is really poor customer servicer. I can't buy any additional items from the site because I don't know what will ultimately be delivered and what I'll be stuck with.

I’m writing this review specifically about one (amazing!) employee named Kela, who works at this store. It’s worth a trip to the store just to chat with her alone. She’s warm, helpful and above all: kind! Kela helped me pull off what my boyfriend described as “the most thoughtful gift he’s ever received”. I can’t thank her enough!My boyfriend and I have an inside joke about a song we love where the artist mentions he bought he and his girlfriend gray Theory sweats (Pride by Kevin Gates). About 3 weeks away from Christmas, I called looking for just that - the catch was they had to be gray, matching top and bottoms and have sizes to fit my boyfriend and I. I called to ask what the store had and spoke with Kela, who was patient and helpful, especially with such a random and specific request. She ended up texting me a few pics of what they had in stock and we chatted back and forth about sizing. Kela helped me order all the items for both my boyfriend and I as well as helped apply additional discounts to the order which was awesome. I was torn between what size pant he’d need so she offered to even hold the other size at the store until I got everything. After a quick exchange for the right size everything arrived and was PERFECT! I couldn’t even wait until Christmas and after a few glasses of wine ended up giving my boyfriend the present early. He was so surprised and happy - it was truly one of the the best moments of our holidays this year!I’ve worked in retail for 10 years and can pretty easily recognize when someone is just providing mediocre service vs. raising the bar. Kela went above and beyond and I’m so grateful for her help! Like I said - if you visit the outlets, you must stop by and see her!

Just listen to a girl live stream her shopping at the top of her lungs. The store staff was ok with it cause “she buys like 5k in store”.
