Very bad experience in this store. One of the shop assistant in this store was very rude to his customers and yelling. Yes, the one I talked about is the guy with combed blonde long hair, and just being mindful and avoiding from him if you are an Asian. I think we all know what it means.

Amazing store! Firstly, almost 30% of my wardrobe is already North Face items because they are stylish, very comfortable and high quality. Secondly, a special thank you for the shoes, I got them over six months ago and still look amazing, they visited California twice, returned to Seattle and even visited Portland, they are incredibly comfortable to drive thanks to their soft sole, very warm and as comfortable as slippers
So, never stop exploring! ?

Don't give your contact information (e-mail) upon purchase to ANY North Face store including this one. They e-mail me about 3 times per day with ads, with no option to "unsubscribe". I contacted the 1-800 Customer service # to have them delete me from their system altogether. This was back in September, and they told me within 4-6 weeks I will get no more e-mails. Three months later, I am getting even more e-mails/spams! Hoping the manager of this store Trevor can fix this problem with head office promptly. He was polite on the phone, and my rating will become higher for customer service on his part. But this has left a "bad taste" in my mouth for any future purchases with North Face.

I WAS SUCH A FAN OF NORTH FACE! But sadly, my last experience with them totally turned me away from any further purchases. I bought some sweat pants from this location, and within 10 days of purchase, the material started to get FUZZY balls. The manager said he would do me THE FAVOR of taking them as a regular return VS THEIR QUALITY PRODUCT RETURN. I have never heard of this, but he said otherwise I was going to HAVE TO WAIT 8 WEEKS. This ridiculous, I had the receipt in hand within 10 days of purchase.
