Decent stock on supplies as well as friendly customer service. Although, If you wanted a more variety of pod devices I would check out a different place. Irregardless, they have a great store there.

Came here looking for somewhere else and had a good experience anyways. Guy was friendly, helped me pick out some new flavors of a brand I hadn’t tried before and I ended up really liking it! Not a huge selection of brands but I think anyone could find something they like there. They also had an adorable stray cat at the register so as a cat lover obviously that made me a little bias as well. Would go back or recommend to a friend.

Don’t let this small, quaint shop fool you! The owner is super knowledgeable. Is kind. When I was in there knew customers by name and answered all my questions and took the time to go over which item was right for me. Never tried to up sell me on anything.#SalishSkyVapor

Overall a wonderful place with great, friendly staff. Great products and they custom blend juice!!! The gals are super friendly and helpful. They are patient and kind, understanding and really try to match you with the right set up/supplies for your needs. I recently had a really terrible experience with a specific staff member that has resulted in me not returning. I realize they have plenty of business and don't need my money that badly, but between me & my husband we easily spent a couple hundred dollars there a month. I would recommend going mon/wed/fri when the gal with the long hair is there, or any time Shelly is there you're going to get great service. As someone with 20+ years of retail, customer service and management under my belt, if it were my shop and my team I would want to know when customers were not treated respectfully, had left dissatisfied or had a not-so-great experience.I would love an email address where I could send a little feedback to the manager or owner. I didn't want to leave a scathing review because one bad experience doesn't define a company or the entire team. They really are lovely folks and carry quality goods.

I called at 9 pm staff said they closed at 10 ,I told them I was on my way,I drove from Arlington to the Tulalip location to find them closed at 920 pm,very inconvenient
