First allow me to Thank Heather for earning my Business for life, I no longer buy my Seattle Gear anywhere else. During the Spring of 2024 we had stumbled upon Sonic’s lids (M&N) that were sick! Unfortunately they only had one snap back and after returning to the store a second time in hopes to purchase many more as Backups, we meet Heather who was a complete professional who’s customer service is second to NONE! After sharing about our hunt for the M&N Super Sonic’s lids she asked to leave our info and would contact me if her store receives any… Low & Behold two months later I get an out of the blue communication that she has stock and would be more than happy to hold some for me. This one act won my business for life and I’ve dropped $$’s in show of appreciation of her Top Quality Service.

I spent over $200 today and when I tried to purchase this hoodie, the associate said it was a different price than listed on the picture and would not honor it. Very disappointing experience.

I've been here twice in the last year and have had great service both time. Staff is helpful and never once seen disrespectful. Bought a couple hoodies on discount for $30 and my wife bought a couple $20 tumblers. Will always come back when in the area.

***CLOSED***Went in early December, heard no mention of the store closing. Returned December 26th to find the store completely shut down. Business sign above door had been removed, no signs indicating they moved locations, no clothing, no racks/displays, website has been removed and phone number is no longer in service. Don't make a special trip like I did, Google isn't updating the business as closed.

If the owners read this, you're missing out on a lot of sales by not selling soccer jersey's, same with hockey. Skip the Sounders gear, get some European teams and national team jersey's from across the world at a decent price and you'll sell'em quick. Look at the suckers who drop $90 at the Adidas outlet for the generic European big teams, if you had non Adidas club's, you'd be smiling right about now. And same for hockey, get some gear in there, hats and jerseys. Staff are super cool by the way.
