Came in looking for some perfume and received "help" from a woman with red hair and glasses..unfortunately the experience was awful. She was rude and passive aggressive - kept pushing a perfume that I didn't want. Lady, you need to work on your manners. People like you are what makes shopping unbearable.

I visited Seattle premium outlet on Jan 28th 2023 which was a drive of almost an hour, with my wife and 5 months old. We have plans to travel back to India for few days and wanted to buy perfumes for all of our friends and relatives back home.I stopped by perfumania and stood there for at least 15-20 mins just waiting for someone to assist which was totally understandable while there were others who were ahead of me being helped by the representative. When my turn came, I finally asked for couple of perfume. First I asked for Gucci Guilty black 100 ml and what would be the price, the lady responded saying “$97.5” so I said oh so there is hardly any discount, on which she responded very rudely, “no technically anything that if below the regular price means discounted”. I ignored it. Then I asked for if you have Salvador Ferragamo and she said yes, and she sprayed the tester on the test strip and handed over to me. I wanted to read some specs on the bottle and take a look at the bottle in general (tester bottle FYI), to that the lady responded “there is a chance of theft, you might steal it”. I did not bother to say anything and left the store right away along with our 5 moths old.I just wanted to bring to someone’s attention that this kind of behaviour to the customer is not appreciated anywhere. I am highly educated and work for one of the worlds biggest retail and cloud giant, seeing such a behaviour was sure a shame and shows perfumanias culture and standard of hiring.I hope you will raise the standard of hiring as well as raise the bar of the training that is given to reps before they start to interact with the clients.

Do not buy bond no 9 here I received a fake for more than $200. I was ripped off by this company. I will be pursuing more action against this company. Again you will receive a fake if you buy from them.

Excellent! Prefer Perfumania over The Fragrance Outlet for single item purchases. If buying in bulk - go for the Fragrance outlet. Great experience everywhere. Of course - do checkout Costco once beforehand. Nothing beats them ;)

The environment was extremely friendly and the deals here are unbelievable. So unbelievable I made sure that they were selling the real stuff and it’s confirmed they are! I went out of my way to find out as well as asking the saleswoman. I highly recommend everyone to come here if you want someone patient and to steal a great deal!

Complete rip off. I bought cologne for $50 and the exact bottle sells online for $8. Then they are exchange only?! Very unhappy.
