I find all North American reviews funny and ironic. Well can't really blame them if they haven't been to Asia. Philippine and Hong Kong stores are much cheaper as everything is made in China Bangladesh or Vietnam lol ? we have the latest design and current fashions. I'd say this outlet is dated but it does it function for locals. It's still budget. But little inside tip with the rules of currency conversion - if you see any shoe 40 USD or below its well worth it. It is 280 HKD. the smart in the SAR don't buy shoes over 300 ?

Great store location and selection. Prices are cheaper than retail stores however, I’ve bought 3 pairs of shoes from there and they all develop a squeaking sound when I walk. It sounds like I’m walking on a wet wood floor. I tried the heating up the shoes in the dryer trick and that only helped for a few minutes. In a pair of $120 shoes I returned them to get a new non squeaking pair. They took them back. After a week the squeaking was there in this pair as well. I liked this pair of shoe because it feels great and looks great so I didn’t return the replacement pair. Again, I move had 3 pairs doing this. They’ve all been returned and because of this, I started to shop for shoes at New Balance. New Balance shoes don’t squeak. I use to work a half mile from the Nike headquarters. It’s a beautiful campus. I should have left my complaint at the headquarters. Maybe they can address the quality issues that are out there. This is just my 3 experiences.

It was crazy busy of course but we found a few pairs of shoes! And the young gal offered us a bag while shopping even tho we declined we appreciate it. Also the guy that helped us check out made sure we were signed up for the app and even helped click the buttons on my phone ??♀️? it was busy and he didn't make us feel rushed! We felt like we scored with the extra discounts thanks everyone

They have everything at discounted prices and the options are crazy but still I struggled a lot finding a good pair of sneakers for me, my size is 5.5 and they don't have much options in that you'll rarely find anything as per your liking in that size. This store has a super long queue to enter (I visited on a saturday)

Worst store I ever experience. My husband and my two kids in store after almost 1hour in line . I need bathroom at the moment so I went to find restroom for about 10 minutes bc it’s so busy and anyone have to wait for a bit , when I get back my husband and kid did went in store and I told the ladies about my situation and I ask her can I go inside with my family bc my kids need mom to pick out some stuff for them and I also hold my husband wallet, I try to call him out to get it but my phone have zero interceptions couldn’t make the call ( if you have AT&T you would understand what I said) but she told me I have to go back get in line but I already in-line for almost an hour and my family already there . I told her I just want to give my husband credit card and leave bc I can’t call him, but she was so rude and disrespectful . I don’t know why she has to be that mean to someone. Won’t never come back and shop here again
