My wife bought my mother a purse from here. One of the straps was not well constructed and broke quickly. Russell Petersen (assistant manager) quickly identified what happened and exchanged the purse for a new one. With a smile on his face! He made the experience painless and pleasant. Cannot recommend this store and the staff more!

Online prices are cheaper for the same handbag , shoe or wallet. Hardly employees will come up to you and offer help. Bag fee is also extra, no free wrapping either.I'd rather purchase online.

Woman at door greeted us, and then turned around and said that we couldn’t have our bottled water in the store. We leave, but come back around to another costumer with a whole coffee inside the store shopping.

I have shopped at this store for several years with great service. This year not even close to what I am used to. I went in with intentions of buying my 8 employees each a purse. First attempt I was drinking my Tea and asked to leave. Ok no problem walked to coach no issues about my Tea. Then went back to Michael Kors because I liked the selection better. I picked put 8 purses without anyone attempting to help me until I was finished. Then I went to check out and requested Seperat small bags for each purse so it would make a nice presentation for my employees. They refused. I asked to buy them, they refused. I asked to do 8 separate transactions they refused. I talked with the manager She refused to budge. I put down the $1000 worth of purses and left. I will shop where I am appreciated.

To be blunt and honest, Not the friendliest place. You walk in there they don't even acknowledge or greet you! Hasn't been the best experience the few times I've been there. The Floor sales clerk lacks customer service skills in my opinion! It sucks that when you can tell some employees are just there for paycheck and could care less about helping anyone. In that case get a different job you like so your happy and not miserable! They make the rest of the workers look bad! Sometimes it kills the mood.... But if you find something that catches your eyes and must have for your collection, you find the nicest one and pay and go!

Store refused to return scratched ladies bag at first then after having heated conversation the manger agreed so im raising my stars to 3 , eveb though the bag still in a box, also i have the receipt and bought it under 48 hours ago

Worse company policy and after sale service:1) No returns and exchange @ Canadian stores when buying from USA MK outlet store even the product is manufacture defective!!! One of the item- MK tshirt that my mom bought is in Orange Red background, she put it into the wash machine with cold wash, it discolored everywhere in the load. We went to richmond, BC, Canada outlet store, they said they not accepting any "return or exchange" products even is defective when bought in USA.We did call, live chat, email...for exchange by mail if this is the case, their customer is worse ever!!! I waited for 30 mins per time on the phone and they cut off; live chat is the same, cut off automatically in 30 mins per time. Their email reply with general template, saying that "Michael Kors decided this HANDBAG" is not manufacture defective, but it stated that if I am within the 30 days time frame, can bring it to in "same store in USA" for return or exchange.OMG!!! They don't even look closely for what customers are complaining.And and as I mentioned, we can Canadian residents, it is not easy to go again to USA again in 30 days, especially must be in the same location. Again buyers beware about it!!! Your money just go into trash ?2) Once you use the vip coupon- Premium outlet to get the additional 10% off, ALL SALES ARE FINAL!

I’ve came here many times to purchase hand bags and watches etc; unfortunately today visit was different. I have a little newborn and I walked in 2 employee a man wearing a black shirt and a female possibly Hispanic with long black hair and bangs just started at me while I was struggling with the door. She stood by the door looking at me struggle and starring at her cell phone. Poor costumer service seemed entitled. As I left she was still at the entry door once again saw me struggling to open the door and didn’t even bother to help. They need to work on their customer service.

2018 06I got what I wanted here and was helped with excellent customer service. They knew there product and had great options for us. Told of the inner workings of sales and deals. Feel confident that we made the best purchases. I will be back here if I need to. Sales here are like 30 percent off to 60 percent OFF.
