Amina was amazing!!!! Was able to answer all of my questions, I got a bunch of stuff she helped me build outfits ordered items online for me, gave me 10%. So worried about purchasing pants she saved me.

One of the employees was quite rude when I tried to ask about a pair of pants for my niece. I don't know if it was because I'm Latino, even though I speak to her in English, or if she just doesn't like working there. She gives the place a very bad impression, so in the end we decided to leave and shop elsewhere.

My wife is Latina and the cashiers were being very racist towards her and would not help her at all. When she was asking a question the cashier was just rolling her eyes and ignoring her the whole time I had to go up and say this is not fair to people trying to shop at a world wide brand store Very unprofessional.

Israel is absolutely knows fashion, understands teen shopping. I was absolutely blown away with the customer service we received, the treatment is so rare now a days. Israel is differently an employee that should be cherished and paid to keep. You won’t find another like Israel.

I think most of the staff is much younger and apparently taught to hound people around the store that are non-Caucasian. Over the course of two days I went in looking for jeans as I normally do around this time of year because they always have sales up to 70%. Most employees I encountered were super sweet, except one younger white girl with green or blue hair dye. On Saturday 3/15 I go in and I’m constantly asked if I needed help by this kid, though she never took the time to help or ask what could she do to assist considering I was not finding what I was looking for though two of her colleagues had already assisted me as much as they could. Instead she consistently finds herself lolly gagging and straightening shelves near me to make sure I wasn’t “lifting” anything. I finally made the comment to another person of color loud enough for the employee to hear” If she asked me in a biased way if I need help one more time after I have been in this store for Over 30 minutes I’m going to say something to her.” She never came to assist or ask after that. Teach your staff that Micro Aggressions are Never okay. People come there to shop and spend money, I’m sure individuals steal all of the time and Us consumers are the ones who are biting those bullets as prices continue to inflate. But if I were to stereotype that specific employee for her outrageous hair colors, eccentric, unusual style of clothing, and lack of knowledge to her job roles, and tacky customer service approach, which includes following individuals around like a lap dog, then I would be the issue. Please be kind or end up in a situation that could bring fasting to your businesses like Target who is currently being shredded to pieces, and other retailers up next to bat. I guess I need to pull back out this shirt since Trump is president again. Now I Rarely give bad reviews but if I’m spending My money in Your business, then it is Your Job to make sure my comfort level is through the roof According To Your Customer Service.
