DO NOT SHOP HERE!
The return policy is horrible, they won’t accept a return from a week ago with tags and receipts. My jeans don’t fit and I’m just out of luck.

The dressing rooms close 1/2 hour before they close without warning and without exception. The store was not busy and this was very annoying after planning on a visit toward the end of their business day driving out of my way and spending 20 minutes picking out a few pairs to try on at exactly 6:31pm. You might as well consider them closed at 6:30.

It's such a joy coming here which fortunately I have only had to go a few times over the past 4 years because the jeans stand the test of time! I have experienced great customer service, but typically go right during opening hours during the week to avoid any rushes.

The employees were rude and they didn't open the store on time while people were standing outside the employees kept saying 5 more minutes. I will not shop at this store again ? if I could I would give 0 stars

Horrible customer service. Me and my girlfriend were doing some shopping and we both love Levis. Right away when we walked in I was asked did I "need help" 5 times within 10 min. (They thought I was stealing obviously)..... Then when I went to try on a pair of jeans I over heard them calling security saying "we got one in number 5 be ready". After I came out the dressing room I was followed by security and employees the whole time I was in the store I shouldn't have bought anything but I ended up spending close to 300 bucks.......still love Levi though but won't shop here again.
