Papé Kenworth is an outstanding place to work that cares about its employees. The business is well-run and highly recommended. The technicians are very knowledgeable and helpful, going out of their way to assist even if they are not working on a specific vehicle. The parts and hose making departments are knowledgeable and efficient, even when given minimal information from customers. The equipment rental side is exactly what is advertised with no hidden fees; customers get what they pay for. The staff there is helpful and courteous from placing the order through to delivery and pickup. The service department is also noted for its helpful staff, with one young man going out to retrieve forgotten car keys from a vehicle. Furthermore, the company is associated with acts of community kindness, as demonstrated by a heroic driver who stopped traffic to rescue a runaway dog, an act that left a lasting positive impression. The entire operation is consistently described as knowledgeable, efficient, courteous, and well-run.
