Me and my friend stepped in to this location at 7:54pm. We have 6 min to store closing at 8:00pm and 1 person entered the store before us . I have already decided what to get in 1 min of entering store . Rude staff came to us saying we are closed . She said we are closed and the time is 7:55pm when we came out . She was walking behind us until we leave saying we are closed we need to mop the floor bye have a good day . This is what we get to see when store hires that don’t respect customers . I am glad we don’t get to see this in Canada , this was my first shopping experience in the US.

I visited jockey outlet on May 5th with my family, while do shopping me and my wife was looking clothes in each gender section, anyhow my 1-1/2 year daughter picked up teddybear from aisle which we both didn't noticed first, I noticed when store lady manager/ worker start yelling at my daughter, i approached her, she told me either buy it or pay $10 or put it back in very LOUD VOICE. The way she reacted was not acceptable at all, it boiled my blood for second, but i remained calm because my daughter started crying rightaway. I calmly requested my daughter to give teddy bear to me for return, when i returned teddy to store manager, she grabbed aggressively and turned around, during that i saw her she was SMILING and other store lady worker passed smile too Eachother. This makes us so upset, that me and my wife put everything back which we supposed to buy from there and left store, later left seattle premium outlets. This store staff definately need training for :-
* Compassion is first customer service.
* How to behave infront of TODDLERS, CHILDRENS. Lower down your VOICE specially.
* How to Handle situation with respect and lower tone of voice with respectfully words.
* Don't be racist, Dont judge buying power of Customer from their skin colour. ( I was about to buy $150 plus clothes from there, but they judged both of us for just $10 Teddy Bear.)
* GOOD LUCK WITH CUSTOMER SERVICE, NEVER EVER VISIT AGAIN NOT IN THIS LIFE.

I was shopping at Jockey in the Outlet Mall, and me and my daughter saw this cardigan for a excellent price. And when my husband went to check out, the person said that it was 28 dollars. But the thing is, there was no sign where it said 28 dollars. And then the woman came to my husband, practically yelling at him, and said "No, your wrong, it was for the tank tops." But the way she said it was in such a rude tone. There was absolutely no sign that said the cardigans were 28 dollars. Please be careful when you choose your employee.

When people in Seattle say they're going to the outlets they're referring to the hour drive north to the Seattle Premium Outlets. It's the largest, most expansive outlet mall in the Seattle area, which it makes it the best. It's definitely worth checking out if you're planning an entire day of shopping. I don't like shopping in general. I am the kind of person who if I need something I'll go and get it, but don't like to casually browse for stuff I don't need. IDK. Just always believed my time could be spent elsewhere. However, I do have one of those days where shopping in full force is necessary, like in December! In addition to Christmas shopping for loved ones, all of my best friends' birthdays are in December! So off I went to Seattle Premium Outlets to get the best deals around town. The outdoor outlet reminds me of outlets malls I've been to in Virginia. They just all have that same feel, with a covered walkway with rows and rows of different shops and a restroom in each section. There is one building that's a dedicated food court, but the food is standard food court food, if ya catch my drift. I suggest waiting and eating outside of the mall. The outlet mall has a variety of stores, from higher end fashion to accessories and random stores like a vitamin shop, one for perfume, etc. Expect lines on popular shopping days like in December! Plus, COVID limits how many people can be inside. Some stores were disappointing. But other stores I walked out with several bags and called it a day. Get here early and wear comfortable shoes if you're planning to spend the day shopping here.

Parking is amazing here. There's always a spot. Decent amount of stores. They loose a star because their food court is tiny. I think they expect you to walk over to Olive Garden or the Ram and eat. There are more restaurants in the area and a sonic, Carl's Jr.; Popeyes and Taco Bell right off the freeway though. Mall is mostly outside but still seems secure. I've been here many times and never had to worry if my car was going to be broken into or not. It is not as big as Southcenter mall or Bellevue square mall but I think they have more stores than Alderwood and Northgate mall. Hoping this location stays because they have a lot of the harder to find stores here and online shopping is taking over. Some stores here include Tommy Bahamas, Coach, North Face, UGG, Nike and True Religion to name just a few. That being said I just wish the food court had more choices. There are some vendors around the mall which sell kettle corn and other fair novelties. Beware shopping when it's cold or rainy out as you will have to go outside to go inside

My favorite outlet mall in Washington state. We went to buy jeans, and it was great. They have lots of stores and ample parking. I'll be back. A+
