I've been to the store a couple times now. The product is superior; I put them through the ringer at work, and not only do they allow for more movement and breathability, but they're also surprisingly much more durable than heavy-duty work pants. They're worth the price in the money you save later, and they'll work better and be more stylish in the meantime. Also, they'll fix any problems you do have! Apparently this store is under new management, and I'd like to say that the employees are all top notch. They know their product, they're happy to help, and they're not pushy salespeople. Highly recommend!

Looking for hiking pants that would last a lifetime and found one thanks to Jesse! The fit and feel is just right of the Keb trousers. There was even a size for larger hips and thighs with a smaller waist. I also bought a small travel wallet. Overall, for the style and durability, the price is just right. Thanks Jesse for your awesome customer service!

Great service! Associates were very kind and helped me choose what fit and looked best. Assistant manager specifically was great and so kind. He helped me make sure the fit was great and helped me hem it! The sales associate had a great eye and helped with choosing the most flattering colors.

Every time I go here the employees are so helpful and friendly! We have been quite a few times since realizing it was there in December. It’s my first stop each time I visit the outlets. Hands down my favorite store there, the quality of their product is fantastic and comfortable. I highly recommend looking at what they have there. It’s well worth it!

I’ve been working in outdoor recreation for a while but struggle to find outdoor apparel and gear that fit me right. I walked in here just to peak and the folks who were working were so helpful and kind. They have an in house tailor who helped me adjust the pants to my petite size. I didn’t catch their name but I so appreciated their time and work! I walked out with their Keb Trousers which I can already tell are going to be a game changer in Alaska. Brook and John were the best!!! ?️??

This place had a decent selection, and the prices were really great. I just wish it was bigger!The people working here were really helpful in finding stuff. I also had an issue with a return (their system was acting up), and the assistant manager took care of it, and emailed me to follow up. Awesome customer service. He also recommended where to get good donuts nearby, and some good local hiking spots!
