Prices ring up different from the sale advertised. Whole rack of clothes marked at 40% off and rang up full price. When questioned the price I promptly got told that they are just miss placed and don’t belong there. If the manager knows they are misplaced and doesn’t belong but isn’t doing anything about it, wouldn’t that be concerned false advertising? Just seems shady that two out of my three Items rang up incorrect, and the employees seem to have to deal with this all the time.

Always our favorite place to shop when we visit the outlet stores. They usually have most items on sale and a good selection.

Quite rude associates as the others indicated. Make some signage indicating the rules vs scolding customers.

I love this store! Great selection of clothes. There's always some great deals going on. Staff are typically helpful and friendly. Wheelchair accessible store.

Rude sales associates who don’t want to do their jobs, and disrespect customers. I went on New Year Eve, and really liked a jacket. I was trying on 2 different sizes to make sure it fits, but this sales associate put the jackets back on the hanger immediately. When I returned, he frustratingly asked me to not leave the jackets on shelves because “there are other customers we want to sell items to as well”. I asked where else do I put them, and he said you hang them back on the hangers because “we don’t want to clean up after other people’s messes”. I left the shop immediately and I swear not to shop here ever again.
