First of all I'm thankful that this store exists. It was definitely a long drive from Tacoma but it was worth it. I do wish however that the atmosphere was a little more Disney. The interior decorating and design could be a little more "Disney-esque". Otherwise great experience!

Your usual supply of Disney themed items. It's an outlet mall, so the pricing is typically what you'd expect unless there's a sale happening. Otherwise, it's what you'd expect with usual offerings for all kinds of characters that your little ones would love or for those who are fans of Disney stuff.

Disappointed tried to call to see if they have something in stock. cause I am coming from out of country. Don't want to waste my time to come down and find out they have to order it in. So their customer service sucks.

Wonderful store associates (cast members) and amazing customer service! I think her name is Julie W. who happily helped me as soon as the store opened. She was able to process my return quickly and was very assisting. I highly recommend this location, there are a lot of great items, the store is bright and clean, the shelves and displays are well organized, the music was not too loud and everyone is super friendly!

It's the only one within driving distance of us anymore. They cast members are always great. It's seems recently the prices have become more outlet and lower which is really nice
