Placed a "special order" in this store, to be shipped to my address. With no word, no email, no item received 16 days later, I went back only to be told they had no way of tracking it, and I had to reach out to customer service. Customer service said they were still fulfilling my order and had no ETA. I told them to cancel, and they figured the best way to refund me was to send a paper check to the shipping address rather than refund to the original credit card used. Completely unacceptable primitive service for this day and age.
