Was looking for the price of a wallet. Someone approached, took wallet to check, and returned with a manager to tell me the price. Price was online retail. 5/5 times I’ve visited this store have not found any wallets or items discounted worth checking out for men. Defeats the purpose of being in an outlet area. This and staff makes me feel uncomfortable.

Shopping today in the area and have decided to go and shop at Burberry outlets located in Marysville and when we were entering in one of our bags sounded at the entrance of the door and it was a phone we purchase in another store and one of the girls came to us and asked us to keep our bags while we in the store.
I asked her if they ask everyone else to keep their bags.
We felt discriminate because of our ethnicity because she heard us talking in Spanish.
Everyone in this store were very arrogant and not even ask for an apology even we entered the store to buy.
If you are Hispanic run from this place, even if you have all money.

Stephanie and Ming are always so helpful! They do a great job of showing me product that is my taste, and always mentioning the best current deals in store. They have classic Burberry staple products, and are one of the stores that don’t just send m “For outlet” cheaper product

Rudest staff I’ve ever encountered in a Burberry ever! We stood in line, 7 people came out (6 in the store ) 4 staff working. They let 2 in, 3 come out they let 1 in. They don’t acknowledge you at all! 1 staff member fluffed the same sweater over and over again so she didn’t have to make eye contact. Zero curtesy to those waiting in line as far as updates on how long it will be. I tried calling the store for a product check and they hung up 4 times!!! I would avoid this store and encourage Burberry to do some quality control in this store and perhaps send a secret shopper in to really see how they operate

Waiting in line outside to go in was nearly a non-starter for me given it is winter and freezing out. Luckily Noone else wanted to waited so I only had a few mins of standing outside.The store staff were super helpful, there was a nice variety in store.

The prices in this outlet store are not cheap and there are no discounts. It is not recommended to go there. The waiters don’t care about cutting the queue, but there is still a long queue.

Would have zero star if I can. The associates kept customers outside the store to line up while there is no customers inside. Staff are inattentive and not friendly. Not worth visiting.

There is a line to get the store that had very few people inside; further no one at the door to greet and communicate how long it will take to get in. Amazing experience! I purchased a coat from this outlet and was assisted by a lovely salesperson who helped me try on different sizes and styles. I ended up purchasing a coat, but after a day or two, realized it wasn’t going to work for me. I had been wanting a Burberry coat for over a decade and wanted to make sure it was perfect! I went back to the outlet and worked with a different salesperson who was also incredible. She helped me exchange my purchase for a different product and I couldn’t be happier. The manager assisted with this transaction as well and was also a pleasure. I would definitely recommend this outlet to anyone in search of a Burberry product!
