Absolutely atrocious customer service when it really matters. After making a return, I was sent a "merchandise credit" card in the mail. When I went to use the card, the balance was $0. This seemed like a simple issue that could be quickly resolved; however, I have since wasted tens of hours on the phone with customer service and exchanging emails with no signs of any resolution in sight. What's more, Brooks Brothers customer service has provided me with ZERO substantive updates as to why my card has a $0 balance. In effect, this company has stolen hundreds of dollars from me, continues to tell me that they are working to resolve the issues, yet, weeks later, the issue remains unchanged. Please do NOT give your money to this company.

Sales person named Kathy berated me saying that I didn't have money to buy a shirt. Look the others negative reviews.. This mall is literally on Reservation land. Shameful!

The old female sales representative at this store was quite rude to Asian costumers. Seemed a bit racist. Costumers are not supposed to fold all the clothes at the shelf when selecting clothes. She just yelled at others telling that was a mess.

Their product is top-notch – the quality and durability are seriously impressive. We have been using their products for a while now. And let me tell you about the pretty Italian sales associate – she was fantastic! She knew exactly what size would fit my husband comfortably, even before he tried his regular size that was fitting him strangely. It was like she had this magical sizing sense!

Excellent, friendly, and polite staff. Niko was a great help taking my measurements and, despite my size not being available, offered several suggestions for where I might find a suitable retailer who might have them in stock.

Staff was awesome. I was going on a trip and realized I'd been wearing jeans and t-shirts so long I didn't have anything I could wear for a more professional setting. They helped me with sizing and took the time frame to get more nice clothes that won't break the bank.

Rudest sales rep. I’ve ever encountered. Great selection, horrible service. Had an encounter with an older woman, seemed a bit racist and she was hesitant on helping me, will not be shopping at this location again.

If you never owned a Brooke's Brotgers shirt, you are missing out. My husband has several. They last for years and are comfortable, durable, and classy. They never fade and always look clean and crisp. Great value for $$$ spent. Watch for their sales! The manager, Alexandria, has wonderful people skills and great customer service. We were very happy she took care of us.

On 4/12/2023 @ 1:19 pm I was at the Tulalip outlet store. I was on a mini vacation in the Seattle area with my adult son and I found a couple shirts I liked. One of them was a fall sweater for 25% off. When I returned home the next day I removed the tags and proceeded to prepare it for a wash before wearing. That's when I found it had 2 PUNCTURE HOLES in the upper back! This is a knit material so it is going to unravel horribly in addition to the fact that it was being sold damaged. I do not live close enough to return the item but I cannot wear it! I emailed them at
[email protected] asking for a refund and I was ignored. No response whatsoever. From reviews I have read from others, I know no one in the store is going to care. Highly disappointed!
