Last Saturday, I was really lucky to get help from a wonderful young sales lady, Audrey. Her great assistance on my choice for a winter coat was beyond my expectation. I can say Audrey is one of the few best salespersons that I have ever met. Later, Kelly was also very nice to help me out. I highly appreciate your help, Audrey and Kelly ?.

I visited the last weekend of October. The outlet store itself is pretty small so there wasn't a whole lot of jackets to look through in my opinion. Considering the jackets they did have, most of them included small or large/XL sizing and not a whole lot of mediums to try on. I wasn't impressed with their availability of past season styles. I did see discounted prices though so at least there's that. The customer service seemed really good and the guys were genuine with their customer interactions. A good place to stop by if you're in the area, but otherwise I would just buy online from REI and return if needed.

I came all the way from Olympia Washington to see this place they close at eight. I came at 6:30. They said they were closing for a party. I didn't get the email sucks.

This store doesn't have much to choose from, I've been looking for a jacket for a several years and their inventory is most of the time Low.Very poor customer service every time I walk in.

Outstanding service. This store actually is much bigger than the one in downtown. Staff was extremely nice and helpful. Lot of selections here with discounted prices.

Bought a reasonably priced 3/4 raincoat. Selection is limited but not too bad. Hope they last considering TNF store beside it which seems to be sucking all their traffic.

Love products and Arc'teryx quality, however staff is selling products for the price higher then labeled. I did not notice that on time, a week later the only solution I was offered - to driver 2 hours back and forth to show them physical card was used to pay in the store, so I can get the difference back. This was not my mistake and there should be better solution for situations like this.

Best retail customer service in the business (may be as good as REI stores in PNW). You do get a decent discount off of MSRP ok majority of their inventory since most them are past season overstocks. Just pick up 2022's Macai Parka at $700 compared to when it was new last year and new 2023 unit. Their staff are friendly and most of them are full of product knowledge.
