I recently bought shoes from the Aldo Store in the outlet mall in Smokey Point, WA, and I gotta say, it is my new favorite shoe store. I found exactly what I've been looking for forever. And a shout out to the clerk, Lisbet, who helped me. She really took the time to make sure I was well taken care of -- top notch all the way!

Was passing through, visiting family. I wanted to get summer shoes for the whole family. Having not been familiar with an Aldo store, the associate was very helpful! Lisbet showed me all the selections & deals. She was very patient with me picking out different styles/sizes. I had a great experience & if return to WA, I'd definitely come back!

I don't usually leave reviews for places I shop at but I was thoroughly impressed with Rowan's customer service. She was the only employee at the store and despite it being extremely busy, she went out of her way to make sure I got to try on all of the (many) options I was looking for in my size. I'm very happy with the excellent customer service she provided!

Here on a Saturday right before Black Friday (peak shopping) and at 6:30pm they have the store closed and a girl says they’re “at lunch”, which I’m all in support of being able to take a break and understand being short staffed, but I’ve never heard of an entire store closing IN THE EVENING for lunch. I come back at 7:10 and they say they’re closed for the day. Literally told her I just wanted to buy a purse and leave and they decided to lose out on a sale. Meanwhile every other store in the outlets is open until 8pm as advertised. Ridiculous.

My husband I and love going to this outlet store the prices are great, we love the shoes and Jen has been the most helpful, she is very personable and does what she can to provide a most excellent experience. She even takes the time when we ask a lot of questions. We will definitely go back.
