The front needs to pick up the pace. 5-10 minutes per customer interaction is not normal. 4 people ahead of me and I waited 25min. That’s an episode of Fraiser. 4 people helping 2 customers is not normal either. So ridiculous.

Horrible experience! I hope that someone higher reads these reviews and fires every single employee in that store. I walked into four employees just standing around, not even greeted by one person! Incredibly rude staff at this location, especially the bigger set lady in the front, no customer service skills at all. If she's the manager, I hope you get let go. I know this is a lower wage pay but come on people! You're treated better at a fast food restaurant.

Won’t exchange a sweat shirt that was to big because didn’t have the original tag. But I did have the receipt with the item number, price and date. Wanted a smaller size that’s all. And they wouldn’t exchange it

Came in to exchange my daughters shoes for a bigger size that I purchased the day prior. I found the only one left in the correct size but Evan refused to honor a straight exchange citing it was a different shoe. Even though it was the same exact model number but slightly different color. The section where the shoe was located had three different colors all same price. Evan was very rude and belittling to the point I decided to not continue with the purchase of my other items and exchange due to his poor attitude.
