IF YOU DON'T WANT THE STREAMING BOX MAKE SURE YOU CHECK YOUR BAG TO SEE IF THEY SNUCK IT IN. The streaming box is NOT free. They charge 15 bucks for it and I had to drive all the way back, wait in their lobby, and return it to avoid the fee.
UPDATE: they still charged me even if I returned it. This is after I got reassurance from the employee in store that I would not be charged after returning the box.

After spending much time on the xfinity website, my wife and I decided to schedule an appointment at this store. We were early though Jason took us right away. He listened to what we wanted and made it happen. He was able to upgrade our modem, then saved us money in transferring our Verizon phone service under xfinity.
Thank you greatly Jason for your knowledge and experience with xfinity.

As a new customer to xfinity mobile, I already experienced so much inconvenience. The person who sets up our account totally screwed us up BIG time. We have 4 lines and 3 lines were assigned each to the wrong phone. What a mess! I was on the phone with CS from 3pm and ended up at 9pm with no resolution. I went to Kent store the same day before closing time but the guy didn’t even helped me out instead he gave me a number to call. I left the store very disappointed. I bet he doesn’t want to deal with my issue since it’s almost closing time. I called the number but I got disconnected 3 times and no one dares to call me back. I have to call back and repeat myself over and over again. I was left hanging. I decided to get an appointment at the Tukwila Store and that’s when Jason assisted us. 05/26/24 Jason helped me and my family so much. He is really a great asset to this company. He really deserves a promotion and a raise! I really appreciate him going above and beyond helping and fixing our concerns. He even felt bad for me, for us and spent so much time trying to fix everything. God bless his heart. My family and I appreciates him so much.

Id give less than 1 stars if I could. kicking a senior out because the representative on the phone said to go in and get an updated print out of her zero balance on account. How about you learn customer service.

Deliberately put me on their expensive plan, the rep didn't tell me about the cheaper ones, when I stopped they added on $100 to my service even though I hadn't used it for 2 months

I have been trying to organize my cellphone and 2 landline phones bills for 2 weeks. I visited Xfinity in other location 3 times in 2 weeks and each time I came home more frustrated that nothing was accomplished. This time I decided to visit Xfinity (Tukwila). Nick T was very polite and professional and knew exactly what to do and took care of everything for me. I was very impressed with his knowledge. Thank you, Nick!

One of the worst service. We went there 3 times, and spent several hours just to switch an existing Xfinity line to a new phone. They lack very basic debugging and engineering skills. Extremely frustrated with their service.
