Like others here; wore boots for not even but 2-3 hours around the house, they hurt my feet.
Would not honor their own return policy.
I’m out $240 and asked if wanted to buy another pair!!
Boycott the Tukwila store at all costs!!

Huge selection of work wear for men and women. Store was very well organized and stocked. I was surprised to see affordable prices and availability in sizes. I will continue to shop this location.

Worst experience. Customer service in the Tukwila location is poor. On 12/17/2023 I had purchased a new pair of boots. I was told when I was trying the boots on that if they did not work for me, after a few days that I would be able to bring them back and exchange for a different size or at least a better fit. As someone who works on his feet all day, foot ware is extremely important. So today 12/21/2023 I did just that being that only 3 days in these boots tore my feet up. Literally. They refused to exchange or return the boots for the reason that I had”worn them” claiming that they could not take them back because they were no longer new. Anyone who knows anything will tell you that there is no way to know if said boots will work for you in your daily work by WEARING THEM AT HOME! The store manager had said to me that wearing them outside was the reason he could not exchange or return. Saying that his policy states this. No where on the receipt does the return policy say you can’t wear your boots outside, ON THE JOB or anywhere else for that matter. The printed return policy says 30 days to return. He was not interested in trying to help resolve anything. I had even said “ this is how I make my money” is there nothing that can be done? To witch he replied “ this is how I make my money too”. All this to be said, I am stuck with boots that I am not happy with or that I am able to wear. Worst $123.00 I have ever spent. All because I went to a store that specializes in work wear and made the mistake of wearing my boots at work. dissatisfied to say the least. I do not advise doing business with this location.

We’ve came here twice for my husband’s work boots. They have a good selection at reasonable prices. We’ve previously had good experiences.Today Saturday 9/23 at 4:30 we visited again, in the boots section, the gentleman was very helpful and nice but the woman was rude.In a world so cold and with all of us going through something, the least we can do is be kind to one another. I hope she sees this and has a change of heart and treats people with kindness. We decided to walk out and will do business elsewhere.
