Michael Pierre was helpful to my aunt and I. He was so great to work with! He was always smiling, very friendly, professional, and fun to joke with. It's a refreshing difference than most tellers. Thank you, Michael.

Never any money in the ATM. I've tried numerous times over the last 6 months ATM is always EMPTY !!!!

This is the norm: Managers hanging around while one teller is open with a long line of people waiting. NO CUSTOMER SERVICE. Felt sorry for the tellers, working as efficiently as possible.
