HORRIBLE!!! I needed urgent prescription that they confirmed they had but refused to fill. They gave me excuse as to why they couldn’t fill all that had nothing to do with me or my situation. Jason Mai the pharmacy manager was extremely rude and unhelpful. I called 4x for this medication all 4 times they lied about filling it. Wasted my time and I only had 3 hours left on my device. This was a life or death situation. If they couldn’t fill it they should have told me instead of wasting my time and putting my life at risk!

Worst pharmacy ever. No one in neighborhood likes them. Rude. Slow. Even with appt for vaccine waited 45 mins when no one else even in line. We all miss Bartells next door. If had car would go elsewhere. High staff turnover. No baskets for shopping. I just fill my own bag. Dare them to say anything. Shelves understocked for years. SUCKS. GO ANYWHERE ELSE

Sold me the wrong prescription and would not take them back. Told me to call the 800 number. Good thing I checked before taking them. Be careful.

Too long to wait. Third in line to pick up prescription. Waited 25 minutes before anyone showed up, helped the first customer, then left. Second customer gave up, then he finally showed up. My prescription will be not be filled there anymore.

This location has improved since the last time I was there. The shelves are continously being stocked and associates are around standing by to assist at a moment's notice.

Their pharmacy customer service is atrocious. They do not answer their phones and are not helpful in finding a solution to getting prescriptions refilled when they are out of stock

Worst pharmacy ever. Very rude employees, I was in drive thru lane about an hour and when I was finally get to someone, he hang on me. We are definitely switching to different pharmacy.

For the pharmacy section.Worst customer service I have ever had.
Even though the line is not that much long they are very slow and they dont help to each other. Just frustrating!

Glad to know my expensive prescriptions are stored on the floor. The tech was digging in that mess for 8.5 min before he found mine.

Sat on hold with 1 caller ahead for 54 minutes. No answer. Finally hung up, went to the location. 3 total customers, not slammed or busy at all. Will update if they improve beyond this initial first impression but not a good start at all.

Seriously, the staff there are very rude, they laugh at the customers today it happened to me, they laughed at me just because some of my cards didn't pass and I could see it on the cashier's face that it bothered her, you can never treat customers like that. You have to know how to serve customers and not because a card didn't pass make your face of annoyance and laugh, the girl at the cashier and a Chinese man who serves are very rude.

This place needs help. Limited selection of merchandise. I asked for a shopping basket and they do not have them. No shopping carts or baskets so I had to carry all my items in my arms. The pharmacy staff are clearly not properly trained in fact I felt sorry for them because customers were speaking so terribly to them. It isn’t their fault by my observation, it’s clearly the store manager’s responsibility to make sure it is ran properly. It clearly isn’t. The small travel/trial sizes are WAY over priced in that an ounce ( 1 fluid ounce ) of shampoo, conditioner, body wash etc were price at $6! How can this be legal? I will never return and have my prescriptions filled elsewhere. Such a shame.

Waited over 24 hours for.my prescription to be filled. App still showed it was pending. Tried to send msg through app, no response. Tried to call, waited on hold for hour no response. Walked in and they told me it would be several more hours before it would be filled. They were rude and cared nothing that I need that medication. Called cooperate and it takes 2 days for them to get back. Unbelievable.
