“Brought my two nephews and son to the Southcenter location to get some energy out. Three kids (two of which are mobile toddlers) and one adult can be hard so it was nice to have a place to contain them all ?
We came on a Friday so it was a little more expensive than a weekday but that was fine. My 18 month old loved watching the older kids run around a play and I had plenty of room to sit and chill.
A huge plus was the young man working. He was so sweet and helpful! My son was asleep when we got there and he offered to turn the music down for us. We didn't need to but the fact he even thought about it was very accommodating. He engaged with the boys when they talked to him and was very patient. Good employees are so important at a place like this!”
“This place houses many clubs and events and it seems like it is a rock for the local community. Anytime I show up there's always teenagers playing basketball or baseball or families playing soccer. I normally go in for a club meeting once a month and it's always clean for the most part and if it's not, the staff is ready to clean up and bring whatever is necessary. The staff is highly involved with the youth and with their positions it's not like a job for them. It's like a calling and I respect them for that. I forget the main guy's name but he is one of the most polite and kind and encouraging men that there is in the state. If you're looking for a place for your club or for your meeting, I would highly recommend this location.”

“Typical Holiday Inn Express with typically high prices during High season for seattle. We like the location here near the Southcenter Mall where they have movies and restaurants galore. Deduct points for not having a hot tub here. Otherwise typical for what you'd find for about $200 a night less at other locations in the USA ,but we're not in other locations we're in Seattle in July.”
“Very clean hotel with paid parking (18.00 night). Rooms are very clean. Plan on a lot of street noise as this is on a main area. Good shuttle to and from airport. Room prices are high for area but for a short stay are ok.”

“Birthday celebration held here for 12 year old. Pretty fun and the staff here were attentive. We bought a birthday package for around 6 people and they set area up birthday themed and brought food/drinks to us etc.”
