Today as a doordash delivery driver I had to shop for a customer . Customer had 4 items and let me tell you I was lost. Thank God for Mariah!
She approached me while others didn't and asked if I needed help. She helped me from beginning to end and was so polite. With her help I was able to deliver the items in a timely manner and make the customer happy.
Thanks again Mariah for being great !!! Ultra Beauty is lucky to have you ?.

UPDATE:
So Hana wasn’t working the day I came in, I booked an appointment with Ria the day before my birthday. The experience I had with her, I will cherish for the rest of my life. I am going through an incredibly challenging time in my life. We spoke woman to woman, mother to mother, and she touched my heart (and my hair) in such a moving way. She touched up my highlights and picked the perfect toner. I am incredibly thankful for not only her services, but her empathetic and kind soul. Thank you, Ria <3
I had the best experience getting my hair done with Hana today. My hair has been put through the wringer and not only did she tell me that it was healthy and thick, she made me feel absolutely beautiful. She is quick with foils and a color expert! I will be back regularly for my highlight regime. Thank you, Hana!

such an amazing store it’s so organized The employee love was so helpful. I made it so easy for us to be able to find everything because we’re not from the states and it was a little bit confusing at first. definitely recommend this location and if love can help you out, you should feel lucky

Ulta, please tell your employees to stop following people of color around when they come in the store!! I went in there the other day, and employee Vee (tall guy with the Makeup on) kept following me around. People of color want to shop in peace, not have Vee follow them around. Thanks.

Small store, limited selections, and the majority of the perfume was locked up so you couldn’t even try it. They also opened 5 minutes late, and it wasn’t until a woman came up to the front door and pounded on it for MINUTES until someone came and opened the store.

Me and my mom went to Ulta today to shop for skin care , makeup and sunscreen. We were not sure which products were the best for our skin. We met Kamarea and she helped us big time. She was very sweet and helpful. She helped us get the best products we needed. We were so happy and grateful. She is the best

Mariah (hope I spelled it right) gave me the best customer service I’ve had at ANY Ulta, across many states. She was very gracious with her time, nothing felt rushed, she picked out and helped me choose products that I was looking to buy. She was very knowledgeable with the info she gave me, and it was easy to just let her lead with product suggestions— and not feel like I would regret it later. If you ever go in to this location, seek her outttt!

Kamarea and Mariah were the absolute BEST! I was getting so annoyed with the abundance of options until they came along and made my experience so smooth. On top of all, they had me laughing until my stomach hurt. They are truly heaven sent!
