“Washington's GEM of Premium & Well Kept Cigars. THE BEST.
After getting into cigars this year, me and my wife have traveled the entire state going from cigar shop to cigar shop. Spending thousands in Premium Cigars from every brand and price point. Some had nice service, and good selection at a handful of shops. I've seen my share of bad shops, blue mold cigars, dried out sticks, and bad customer service.
This place was by far and beyond the best we've ever visited.
Daeho Dennis Yong was extremely knowledgeable, and maintains an impressive collection. Painstakingly writing all the information like flavor profiles, and Cigar Aficionado ratings.
Truly the best, if you visit any place in Washington come here and be wowed. If you have a trained eye you will see the attention to detail and care. I'm sure if you have questions Dennis will take care of you.
We will continue to make this our go to shop for everything we need to fill our humidor.

He took the time to let me disassemble everything to see if he could help resolve the issues I was having with the unit. “Smoke shop reviewFirst and foremost, this review is primarily directed at those who feel the need to leave one star reviews at a business at which transactions should happen faster than most drug deals. Most people know what they are after when entering any type of smoke or head shop. Complaining about customer service at any of these types of establishments is like going to a brothel and complaining on the way out that you didn't 'feel loved'. They cater to those who generally know exactly what they need upon entering. If you don't know what you are looking for, here is a suggestion; try being like the millions of other Americans who are curious about a product they are interested in, and do research online BEFORE you enter. At least that way you have a general idea of what you want.Granted, it's a given that the actual owner of the store should be, at very least, courteous and somewhat knowledgeable about the products they sell, but once again, lets be real. All smoke shops are nothing more than product flippers, and out to make a dollar any way possible.As for the employees, lets once again be real and refer back to my brothel comment. They work in a shop that offers no benifits, paid minimum wage, and there is no advancement. They work here to survive, and nothing more. Try thinking about other peoples situations before flying off the handle and running back to your car in order to feel satisfied by your passive / aggressive level of revenge while sporting a sinister grin that says 'I'll show you!' As you rush to click 'one star'.These people have it hard, and most have either very litte-to-no customer service experience. Cut them a break. A little life advice for those unable to graduate from the pull-ups they cannot free themselves from, whining at every possible opportunity: treat everyone with respect, because you have no idea what they are going through in their lives at that moment. Are you always honest when asked 'how is your day going?' Neither am I, and neither are most. Food for thought.”

“Been here 4 times now. First 3 I saw the same guy. He was nice ish but not very welcoming and when I asked for recommendations he was very vague, not super helpful and seemed annoyed that I even asked. For those experiences alone I would give 2 maybe 3 stars. Today, I finally saw a different employee and he was much more welcoming, helpful and friendly. For him alone I have raised my experience to 4 stars(considering my previous experiences). Will continue to come here in hopes I get the same employee as today (12/15) and bc it’s super close to home lol”

“I have had trouble finding pipe tobacco. Most of these so-called tobacco places have very little in tobacco, but instead, they sell everything that relates to vaping. Tobacco Mart was a lifesaver. I now have a steady way to fill my pipe. Kudos to TM.”
