Every sales person there is super nice and if they don't have the answer they will find someone with it. Prices are good , because everything in Seattle is ridiculous (vape tax). Big vape selection, kratom and delta products! They have a customerprogram that gets you points for discounts. Definitely recommend stopping by!”
“This little smoke shop has been here so long, I remember it from my teenage years (+15years - not to age myself lol). The owner is great, he’s not incredibly talkative which can seem a little standoffish - but in reality I feel like he sees so many individuals a day he doesn’t see it a great use of energy to overtalk every person. He’s always got great deals - especially on what I call his ‘seconds’ as in, second chance/heavily discounted items that have either a defect or crack or missing piece (as long as they’re still functioning with that damage or piece missing). He also has a pretty great & reasonably priced vape selection - all authentic products none of the knock-off gas station products that get overpriced anyways. Recommend this smoke shop 10/10 - even my dad comes here for his glass ware products - and he just moved back to WA after over 20 years. Means this place is worth remembering- stop by and give it a look :)”
“One of the best shops I’ve been to across all of Seattle Eastside area. All merchandise seems very up-to-date. I came in the shop with $150 set up from France. He took the time to let me disassemble everything to see if he could help resolve the issues I was having with the unit. Felt like he was educated on everything from high-end devices to disposables.Two thumbs up for sure”

“I called around town looking for premium tobacco that wasn’t sitting around for years getting stale. This place had the freshest stuff. Not only did the sales representative show me every option to ensure I got the correct thing I was looking for, but they were hella friendly and cool. I found the finest tobacco I ever smoked, and with no additives and my lungs feel clean and breath easy. Also as a huge car fan, they had quite the selection of cool automobiles to look at.”

“Smoke shop reviewFirst and foremost, this review is primarily directed at those who feel the need to leave one star reviews at a business at which transactions should happen faster than most drug deals. Most people know what they are after when entering any type of smoke or head shop. Complaining about customer service at any of these types of establishments is like going to a brothel and complaining on the way out that you didn't 'feel loved'. They cater to those who generally know exactly what they need upon entering. If you don't know what you are looking for, here is a suggestion; try being like the millions of other Americans who are curious about a product they are interested in, and do research online BEFORE you enter. At least that way you have a general idea of what you want.Granted, it's a given that the actual owner of the store should be, at very least, courteous and somewhat knowledgeable about the products they sell, but once again, lets be real. All smoke shops are nothing more than product flippers, and out to make a dollar any way possible.As for the employees, lets once again be real and refer back to my brothel comment. They work in a shop that offers no benifits, paid minimum wage, and there is no advancement. They work here to survive, and nothing more. Try thinking about other peoples situations before flying off the handle and running back to your car in order to feel satisfied by your passive / aggressive level of revenge while sporting a sinister grin that says 'I'll show you!' As you rush to click 'one star'.These people have it hard, and most have either very litte-to-no customer service experience. Cut them a break. A little life advice for those unable to graduate from the pull-ups they cannot free themselves from, whining at every possible opportunity: treat everyone with respect, because you have no idea what they are going through in their lives at that moment. Are you always honest when asked 'how is your day going?' Neither am I, and neither are most. Food for thought.”

“The only place I go for all my vape & various other head shop needs (butane, lighters, torches, glassware, etc). The only time I visit any other shop is if these guys are closed or I’m out of the area. Hands down the best, most helpful, kind & patient employees (usually it’s the one main guy, who is great, and then occasionally the other ‘kid’ comes in too who is also fantastic). 10/10 recommend this place to everyone I know needing a vape/smoke shop and I’ve never gotten bad feedback from people I refer there either.Love this place!”
“For some reason I have had some trouble finding Bad Drip e-juice places. Not only does this place have it they actually had the flavor (Drooly) I was looking for! They had a nice selection of glassware too. Not huge but nice pieces. The cashier was nice and helpful too. I didnt ask her name tho which I apologize for. All in all I will be going back here.
