They need new managers they are extremely rude. I like to come here every week and it seems like they have a whole new team that took over and itās the worst ever. Very stuck up and just plain rude. The only good thing were the ladies in the fitting rooms. Bless their hearts.

My experience here was the worst! Some employee, Matthew was extremely rude and unhelpful. It seemed like he didnāt even want to be working or helping customers. I asked him if he could help me find the sizing for a certain piece of clothing but, he kept talking amongst his coworkers instead of helping me. Worst experience Iāve ever had, donāt go here.

Not this store specifically but I just wanna say tillys has the worst costumer service I have ever had to deal with. Not only did my package not arrive to myHouse but they accused me of lying just to get money back. No Tillys ā¦it didnāt arrive , & I donāt want money back I want a new one sent. I asked my two neighbors next to my home if they got my package delivered by mistake they both said no.Tillys āinvestigatedā thru ontrac and said yeah youāre lying the driver said he delivered to your home we will not provide a refund. I said I donāt want a refund, I want what I ordered. So I took it upon myself to go thru every house in my neighborhood to see if anyone else received it and yes it was 12 doors down. I know itās not tillys fault that the driver delivered to wrong house. But their way of handling the situation and accusing a customer of āscamā really left a bad taste in my mouth and I know it doesnāt matter to them ,but I really wonāt be shopping @ any tillys ever again. The whole situation is ridiculous & I canāt support a company that would treat their customers like thiefs or scam artists
