Paid for the plus membership which gives members first access to all beers, yet it doesn’t. There’s been multiple instances of non members getting the beers at the same time as the plus members which means the plus membership is nothing more than a scam. This is very unfair to those who have paid $119 for the privilege of having first access only to miss out to those that haven’t paid a penny. I contacted Tavour about this and they won’t even write me back so I’ve had to take further action.Furthermore, they deliver beer with no signature and just leave it on the doorstep which is illegal in Texas. Complaints about this have also been ignored.This company practices fraudulent behavior and I would advise new potential members to avoid at all cost.

I’ve had multiple damaged or lost boxes. Customer service is a joke. My last crate got lost or damaged in transit. I was told I’d be issued a refund. I can no longer even access the invoice in the ap, and the only thing that has been refunded is the shipping costs. Have to go through my bank to reverse a lot of charges. Don’t use.

I’m a stout fanatic. Was a regular $600-$800 per box orderer of Tavour. Heck probably been ordering close til they started. The problem is lack of any type of loyalty to customers. Added a $149 fee to get preorder , Tavour+ free shipping. I can easily pickup. And why does a super high level buyer have to pay extra to get preorder? It was just just frustrating. Customer became unhappy and I found new sources to super rare stouts.

Started off good but had bad shipping issues. Really late crate. They were little deceptive. Said the local carrier had the beer on "their tracking" but when it kept getting delayed I called the locals and they didn't even have the beer. Said Tavour stopped shipping to them. That's when Tavour owned up and refunded me when I contacted them and told them I knew. They refunded me shipping too. Probably will stick to local beer now after this. Its getting to expensive anyway and not impressed with a lot of the beers for the money. Most are no better than around my state.

We ordered a crate of beer from Tavour on 2/13/2023. The crate was shipped on 2/14/23. The crate was damaged and “sent back” before it ever made it to us. We assumed a new one would be shipped. We called and left messages multiple times between 2/23 and 3/20 and never received an answer. On 3/21/23 I called Tavour customer and left a message asking for a call back as well as an email. I got a call back that afternoon from a rep named Argee. Argee said that he would give us a full refund. I told Argee that we used $75 in Tavour gift cards and asked how those would be refunded. Argee had no answer and said that he would have to talk to his supervisor, and would “call me back in 30 minutes.” I never got a call back. I spoke to Argee the next day, 3/22 and he said that he is still waiting for an answer from his supervisor. I asked him to send another message to his supervisor reiterating that we have been waiting for either a crate or a refund since 2/13. Here we are 3/29/23 with no refund, no call back, and no confidence or will to ever order from Tavour again. This was our 8th order, and most likely our last.

Last time I order from this place. Shipping is a nightmare. You want to be held captive in you house or place of business waiting for beer. It always gets delayed. No ones ever seems to know what is happened. The Shipping companies are awful. They say they showed up and no one was there to sign when you have been sitting around all day waiting for them. Canceled my plans for tonight since my order popped up without any notification that it was out for delivery at 2:30 pm. The place is about an hour from my house that it was at and sat for 5 days. It's 9pm. Take a guess if I got my beer yet.

I’ve used this app now every month this year, and every month so far they have sent, and been recieved the day of! Literally overnight shipping, the beers were cold and my fridge was hungry! Every beer tasted better than I expected, with a great price and only 15$ shipping flat rate?! I get at least 12 a month. Would rate 6 stars if I could.

I just downloaded the app a month or so ago and ordered my first crate. Unfortunately, I live in a state that doesn't allow shipping of alcohol so I had the shipment sent to my parents house in CT so they could bring the beer with them when they came to visit me. I am reading the reviews regarding people that has shipment issues. My shipping carrier lost my package. That stinks and maybe Tavour should look into different carries if possible. With that said, I called Tavour to inquire about my shipment and less than 24 hours later I was contacted 3 TIMES by them. FANTASTIC customer service. They emailed twice and followed up with a phone call and left a voicemail. They have also already initiated the refund to my card. (Some kind of credit would be nice but hey, I'm just glad to get my money back) While I am bummed that I don't get to enjoy some delightful beers, I may try again in the future the next time my parents plan to visit.

I have ordered a lot of beer through Tavour, although I believe they have an interesting business model, I don't believe the value is worth it for what you are purchasing. Almost anytime I put a crate together for a case of beer (24 cans), it is easily over $125+. Yes they have some interesting beers, but the prices are outrageous, some are almost obscene. I truly believe that some of the beers they carry are beers that the brewery cannot sell, or might be an experimental brew that they need to get rid of. My buddy & I have poured out more than a few beers that we tried to see how they taste, only to be disappointed, and out $15 to $25 for that purchase. I have stopped ordering from Tavour because I know I can get great beer locally for a decent value, and I am not trying something blind with the hopes that it will taste good. I also believe that they could offer a better value if their warehouse space wasn't far larger than they need for storage, I have been there, and I am convinced that their prices are a reflection of their overhead. This review is not an attempt to put Tavour down, I like the concept, but feel the value could be a lot better.

Ordered a Craft Beer Gift for my husband (sours). The description of all the beers sounded great and the labels were very fun and creative. Unfortunately, almost all the beers we received we not good. We ended up dumping almost all of them because they were not drinkable. Giving 2 stars because it was easy to order and shipping was fast, otherwise, it was disappointing. Unsure if I'll order again or recommend to anyone.

Most of the beers they offer are ones no one has ever heard of, while reading them beer advocate shows only 1 or 2 ratings, It’s like they’re picking up beers that breweries are trying to get rid of because they wouldn’t sell. Pretty expensive for that kind of experience

I will preface my review by saying that I have been a Tavour customer for about 5 years. When I first moved up to Seattle, I saw it advertised and I wanted to try it. Basically, they send you notifications of new beers, and you buy the ones you want. They add them to your "crate," which you can pickup or get shipped at the end of a certain period. Thankfully, since then, they have moved from Seattle to the Tukwila location which is right by my house. I love that their service is commitment free. I don't have to pay a monthly fee to be a part of it, and I can choose to purchase whatever beers appeal to me as they come out daily. They don't have any funky gimmicks where I have to buy a bundle and I'm obligated to be stuck with the beer that I potentially might not like. I've also attended some of their special events, including a fabulous doggy party they had a few years ago. Overall, the employees are very chill and friendly. I love the flexibility of being able to either subscribe to their daily beer emails, or downloading the app and getting the new beer notifications on there. I can buy as I go, and I can rate and review the beers as I try them. Overall it's a very impressive business model that guarantees that I will be a customer for as long as they're around.

The app itself it’s awesome very easy to use and ordering was also easy and smooth. The issue with the service is after ordering you have to wait a month or more to just get a couple expensive beers. The dates just keep getting pushed back. Also their phone number is disconnected only contact is email. I won’t be ordering again. Good concept bad planning.Update - Nasty Beer lol

Amazing. Love the app and the crew. Definitely been connected to some fantastic beers through the service. Do be aware this is not a retail store you will have to download the app and purchase beer online in order to pickup at this location.
