“Went to footlocker today with the intention of getting some sneakers, namely the Jordan 11 shoes that dropped today. Normally, I've never had any issues until today. I walk in, they get them out the back, I try them on, and then they set them up front behind the register for me to buy upon leaving. I then proceed to the register and they said the ones I got were the last size to be held for someone for later and I couldn't buy them aka some "raffle" process that I have no idea of how that even works as I have never encountered this situation before.
It was about 4 PM or so, and they said I could come back at 5 PM, but I needed to get back home for dinner as such.
As a result, I get my time wasted on trying something on I couldn't even buy and made for an awkward moment. They also lost nearly $200 of business from me and, most importantly, did not explain the situation very well if at all and did not give me insight to how this "raffle" process works. It seemed there was a breakdown in communication which could have prevented this awkward situation and no one seemed to take ownership of this mistake and try to accommodate me as the customer beyond telling me to come back a 5 PM, which wasn't happening as I mentioned earlier.
As with anything in life, you can do great but the real test is when mistakes like this happen and can really put a bad taste in people's mouths, especially when there's no integrity to own up to the screw up and try to accommodate the customer and work the problem.”

“I was helped by Fernando and he went above and beyond trying to get me the right shoe in my size. It wasn’t easy because I have a big foot and there were some out of stocks. But he was really patient and helpful - come here and see him for your shoes!!”

“I don’t have a ton of time to make it to the store and when I did to try on different sizes/styles I had my toddler with me. Im not familiar with lululemon sizes so I tried a 4 & 6 which are my typical size in jeans. Size 4 was tiny so I went with the 6 and rushed out. After some time wearing my size 6 I decided they were tighter than I like them to be and I decided to order a few more pairs this time in size 8. My hiking pants were huuuge so I wrote off all pairs I ordered and waited for a chance to bring them in. Fast-forward 10 days and I was able to make it into the store where I was helped by CJ. She was able to exchange two pairs for me and also encourage me to try on the pairs that I hadn’t tried on yet because different styles can fit differently. I ended up really liking two that I ordered and exchanged what I didn’t. to top it off, things I bought since were discounted and I was able to get 4 pairs I was happy with and $77 back! CJ was terrific and her attitude and work ethic is top notch. I felt bad coming in within the last 30 minutes of the store being open but she didn’t make me feel like a pain in the ass. I appreciated her help and her checking in with me throughout my time in the store. CJ deserves a raise”

“This is the best place to buy a bike. Justin Scott is an ultimate pro! He helped me pick the right bike for my size. And then took his time to make sure it was properly tuned. He gave his honest opinion and told he wasn't confident that the bike was shifting 100% correct and that front tire wasn't holding air. We chose same bike but different color and it shifted like a dream. He went through every detail to make sure the bike was perfect. I've been to many bike stores that charge a pretty penny and don't put in the same effort that Justin Scott did. He told me has been assembling and building bicycles since a small child. I love my bike and rides like a dream. Thanks Justin! I feel like I'm 12 years old again! I will be coming to this store for all my outdoor needs based solely on my experience with Justin!
