“I'm giving them 5 stars because the sales associate was fantastic and went above and beyond on helping me. My only complaint is I got home after making my return and resolving a bit of a headache to start and the security tag is still on the item purchased. It was hidden in the pocket so I hardly would put blame on the sales person. If anything beeped while leaving this would have been avoided”

“I’m writing this review to share my experience with this store, which I’m rating four stars. They have a great selection of shoes—definitely better stocked than most Foot Lockers and Champs locations in the area. The variety and availability really stood out.
The reason I’m not giving a full five stars is because the customer service can be hit or miss. Some staff members come off a bit grumpy or negative at times, which can affect the overall shopping experience. That said, there are also some really nice and helpful employees, so it balances out.
All in all, it’s a solid place to shop if you're looking for good kicks and solid inventory.”

“This is the best place to buy a bike. Justin Scott is an ultimate pro! He helped me pick the right bike for my size. And then took his time to make sure it was properly tuned. He gave his honest opinion and told he wasn't confident that the bike was shifting 100% correct and that front tire wasn't holding air. We chose same bike but different color and it shifted like a dream. He went through every detail to make sure the bike was perfect. I've been to many bike stores that charge a pretty penny and don't put in the same effort that Justin Scott did. He told me has been assembling and building bicycles since a small child. I love my bike and rides like a dream. Thanks Justin! I feel like I'm 12 years old again! I will be coming to this store for all my outdoor needs based solely on my experience with Justin! “Tukwila has a huge warehouse and just about anything you could want. Pleasant employees. I came from out of state to pick up a piece of equipment. There were some hiccups along the way. The owner Scott went above and beyond to make things right. He has integrity and professionalism where many business owners do not. I can see why he's still in business after 40 years. I cannot recommend his company enough.”
