This was the best experience ive had at the mall in a very long tome.When I walk threw the door i was greeted by the most pleasant gal ever.She told me her name was Nitzia,and asked what she could help me with ,I told her I was looking for some shoe laces I told her the color and she said just black and white I told her no looking for blue,and turned around to leave ,and no sooner than I turned around ,she said don't move ive got you .I felt so releived I have been looking for blue shoes laces. For at least a good hr and a half .Nitric saved the day.I don't know what her job position is but the mall need more sales people like her .Beautiful smile and very Happy to help..I will be back to do some Christmas shopping because of Nitzia she's the best sales person ive ran across in a long time.If you ever get rid of her shame on you and she could come work for my business anytime she needs a raise Thank You Nitzia for saving the dsy .See you for some Christmas shopping and keep up the fabulous work Curt

I had such a great experience at Shiekh Shoes in Southcenter! I came in unsure of what I wanted, and Godwill was incredibly helpful from start to finish. He took the time to listen to what I needed, brought out several options, and made sure I found the perfect pair of shoes. His patience, professionalism, and positive attitude made the whole visit easy and enjoyable.
If you’re shopping for shoes, definitely ask for Godwill—he goes above and beyond! Highly recommend this location. 👟✨

The customer service I received from Mia and Nitzia was phenomenal and has not been matched since! They remembered me from the last time I was there and welcomed me back! It’s the best customer service I have received in years! I will be a repeat customer at the Tukwila Mall location!

I went to this store not to long ago, they had a great selection of shoes and clothing! There customer service was amazing it really helps them stand out, there was a girl in particular Mia, she was very nice and helpful.Overall great store, I will definitely be back!

This time exact right now, i’m here from out of town shopping with my family. You got disrespectful employees-laughing and giggling instead of asking people and helping them with the sizes that they need I definitely let them know that I needed help but that was the last thing they were worried about. I had to ask them who worked here in order to get help, but that just upset at me and I ended up leaving the store just. I won’t be coming back.

Most of the employees are bilingual, so communication was very easy. Nitzia was very helpful and kind. It felt as though we'd been friends for years.

Today, I had an amazing experience at Shiekh Store, thanks to Paula. She went above and beyond by holding the VaporMax Plus for me until I arrived, making sure I got exactly what I wanted. Her service was exceptional, and she even sang while assisting me—better than Paula Abdul, I must say! Her positive energy and dedication truly made my shopping experience memorable. I’m thrilled with the service and will definitely be back. Paula, you’re the best!
