Recently went to Sherwin Williams after seeing a beautiful paint color on the feed of an Instagram redecoration project. I found the local store (since apparently Home Depot doesn't carry this brand). The clerk was very nice, professional and knowledgeable. I wanted to get a sample of the color to ensure it was what I wanted. I was informed that they were "out" of samples, but that I could buy the full can and if I didn't like I could come in and exchange it. Kinda sounds like a scam, I still had to pay for a full gallon as opposed to a small sample.

They were super helpful. I was able to email my order with color code and they not only made my purchase and pick up of the paint easy. They went above and beyond to ensure I got a good price applying discounts to my order automatically. This was truly a pain free experience.
